Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Southern Europe

The greenhouse was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Perfect accommodation for an idyllic location. The hot tub was incredible.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, encore un grand merci à Jorge. Tout était parfait, un havre de paix. Nous voulions des vacances reposantes et c’est exactement ce que propose cette maison. Les chevaux sont un vrai plus, c’était un plaisir d’aller les voir tous les jours. Le cadre est magnifique et la maison est très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pouvons !

Sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir kaçamak isteyenlerin ilk tercihi olmalı burası. Müthiş bir ev, mükemmel konum daha ne olabilir… Otel imkanları bekleyenlerin hayal kırıklığı anlamsız bence, yeterince açık bir şekilde anlatılmış nelerin sunulduğu… Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve iletişime açık, sorun hiç yaşamadık ama çözüm odaklı… Evin bazı detayları bakım istiyor (duş başlığının değişmesi gerektiği gibi) evet bu bir gerçek ama manzaranın yanında hiç göze batmıyor bunlar… Mart ayında gittiğimiz için sinek problemi yaşamadık ama banyoyu ısıtmakta biraz zorlandık ona da çözim bulmak lazım gibi… Özetle müthiş bir deneyimdi en kötü yanı ayrılmasıydı ! We had an amazing time at this lovely house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the river. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Es un lugar muy bonito con unas vistas preciosas y un entorno de mucha naturaleza q te da mucha paz y tranquilidad y solo escuchas el canto de los pajaritos la casa es muy cómoda muy bonita y muy limpia y Roberto muy pendiente de todo lo recomiendo es un lugar para desconectar

Nicolas’ house is lovely and we felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the spaces outside and the easy access to the beach. Nicolas responded to all hour questions attentively and promptly It’s great place for peace and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for.

This house is nestled near the top of a hill and offer marvelous views of the bay and beach of La Herradura. The house offers great rooms and plenty of space to share. The pool and deck offer a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Victor is a great host and provided great communication and suggestions of things to explore locally.

We loved our stay!! Joao was very attentive & checked on us a couple of times which I appreciated. Very comfortable home in a great location. We took an Uber from the bus station & walked everywhere while we were there. It was only a few days this time but will definitely be back!

This place is stunning. It is everything you want in a view of the Trevi Fountain. The windows keep out the sounds from the crowd. The place is clean and bed is comfortable. Was easy to find for check in and host arranged transportation for us from the airport. We were even left with a little bottle of prosecco which was an added to touch to the magical view.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die atemberaubende Aussicht sehr genossen. Die grandiose Landschaft lädt zum Wandern und träumen ein. Sehr zu empfehlen!

This is a great place to stay. Communication with the host was easy and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. The location is perfect and easy walking distance to multiple good locations. The rooftop was incredible. We would recommend this location to everyone.

This place is stunning! The views are amazing, it is beautifully decorated and so quiet at night! The bed is very comfortable and everything is super clean! We felt right at home! It is walking distance to all the nice restaurants and cafes. Cadaques is a hidden gem on the costa brava and a must see! Staying in Jaqueline’s place was so wonderful and relaxing! We would go back any time! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We had such a great time here! While Zermatt was pretty busy, Nathalie’s place was very quiet with amazing views on the Matterhorn! Would definitely recommend. It’s a bit of a steep walk up, but we brought backpacks instead of suitcases.

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

A super cute place to stay, while it was just outside of the main town of Montepulciano, it was very peaceful and lovely home with plenty of character. Pier Luigi was a gracious host and even gave us welcome and departing gifts. We loved our stay here, Thank you Pier for your hospitality.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette magnifique maison et nous avons adorer. C’est propre, c’est beau, c’est grand, c’est magique. La piscine chauffée est en option mais c’était très agréable donc je ne regrette pas de l’avoir prise, pensez à prévenir l’hôte 3 jours avant, pour avoir une piscine à bonne température dès l’arrivée . Ghizlane est très accueillante, disponible et réactive. La gouvernante Milouda est extrêmement gentille, et très disponible pour nous. C’était très agréable de l’avoir. Tout était parfait. Il y a meme un personnel quotidien pour la piscine. C’est vraiment bien organisé. Sauf peut être pour les petites choses à racheter : produit pour la machine à lave vaisselle, papier toilette, sacs poubelle…mais ce n’est peut être pas nécessaire si vous y séjourner qu’un weekend. À 20 mn du centre ville, nous avons trouvé le cadre extrêmement paisible et sécurisé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Encore merci 🙏

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Roussillon! The view of the town is absolutely breathtaking — you can sit for hours just taking it all in. The pool is hands-down the best we've ever swum in — crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and set in a stunning location. The apartment itself is cozy and has just the right amount of space for four guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and soak in the beauty of Provence.

Stunning location and house. So quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax (especially in the pool!). Within a short distance of various places to hike. Eirin was super helpful and responsive, and gave some great recommendations for local food and activities. We intend to return.

Tudor’s apartment is amazing. Filled with artwork and charm. Matera is a magical place and a must visit. The apartment has wonderful views of the Sassi, especially from the primary bedroom which opens to a quaint terrace overlooking the city. The views at sunrise and at night are spectacular. Tudor is a great host, he is very knowledgeable about the area, gave us restaurant and activities suggestions. He is a warm and welcoming person with a love of his city. His artwork adorns the apartment and reflects his appreciation of the Matera lifestyle. He picked us up at the parking garage and drove us to the apartment and helped us with our luggage. When we left he did the same. Couldn’t ask for more. Our only regret is we didn’t spend more time in Matera. Would highly recommend this apartment for a trip to Matera.

We had an amazing, relaxing stay at this peaceful location with stunning panoramic views. The house was very well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the fantastic amenities, especially the jacuzzi and sauna. The host was exceptionally helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommended—would definitely return!

Nora's place is simply exceptional and i'd wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a stunning property that has been diligently and sympathetically renovated into a wonderful accommodation, in an idyllic setting. After attending a busy wedding weekend, we were seeking a place that could offer an opportunity to relax, in tranquil surroundings with a touch of Luxury, and this property delivered on every level. Nora is a phenomenal host, who couldn't do enough for us - her communication was fantastic and even went out of her way to offer local recommendations and things to do, even down to organising wine tours and private chefs. Small touches, such as having a super herb garden that we utilised for cooking, and Nora very kindly heated the pool early for us. Thank you very much, for an unforgettable stay Nora. I've already recommended your place to several friends and we will most definitely be back to visit in the not too distant future.
