It exceeded our expectations!!! Very cozy and cozy space, kitchen equipped for any occasion, other super complete environments as well. Extremely clean and organized place, we feel at home. Service and cordiality without words, we were greeted with a treat, a delicious cake and a little note. We'll definitely be back for the next vacation. We love the stay and recommend!!!!

Our stay was excellent! The house is great. The cleaning is impeccable and the house is very well equipped. The garden is beautiful and the children had fun in the toys. The location is also note 10. The hostess welcomed us with the mimes we loved. She's super kind and responds super fast. We recommend it.

Karla was amazing, I spared no praise when I met her at checkout. We talked about our experiences in the house (where seven friends and I stayed), and something everyone said is that the house is much larger than it looks in the photos... Very spacious, at no time did we feel crowded, space for everyone to be wherever they want, we had a "movie night" to watch an episode of a series that everyone was following, the barbecue and the kitchen structure are complete, the pool environment is very good and the sun hits all day. Well, I could spend more time praising Karla's house and availability in every aspect, I recommend it without so much as a second thought to anyone, you certainly won't regret it.

The stay at Fernando's house was incredible. The house has a great location, close to the beach and with nearby bars and restaurants. The house is spacious, comfortable and has several forms of leisure such as pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped and communication with Fernando was quick and clear. We'll be back for sure!

Casa very organized and good for resting in a quiet and residential neighborhood, but not so far from the busiest areas of the city for those who want to enjoy the nightlife of Asunción. Greg, Zulema and their parents are extremely attentive and have been excellent hosts.

Perfect place for up to two people, space and new furniture/appliances. Location near a mall, market, pharmacy and hospital. Alexandre is a great host, helpful and leaves the guest at ease on site. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the city.

Very nice apartment, quite comfortable for 5 people. The building has a 24-hour doorman, is safe and also has a very nice terrace.

Great listing! Communication with the host was a 10 note too! It was super clean, internet good, kitchen with everything needed, good shower. Easy to access garage. All great!

Everything was excellent. I had already been there and if I go back to Asunción I would love to stay there again. The apartment is very nice, very comfortable and very well located. I only had two small inconveniences. I notified that I would be arriving between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and the person in charge at the time was taking a nap and did not answer. It was not the The main manager, since I know him and he is very friendly and excellent. The other was in the pool that had a "colada" Since it was a long weekend and no one was around, they kind of took over. Everything else was excellent

Wonderful apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The environment is beautiful, well decorated, with all new utensils, and super complete! Good, clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, everything new and working. Come back for sure!

EXCELLENT apartment, EXCELLENT condominium, beautiful place, the lodging delivers EVERYTHING that is in the listing! The place where it is located is very central and has all kinds of shops close by, you can walk to everyone! We were extremely well served by Djiovany and Carla, who besides being extremely polite, were very helpful and always responded to messages quickly! We will definitely come back!

Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.
