Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Region

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Renato is very good, kind and pleasant, willing to help you with whatever you need. The view is not even mentioned, too beautiful!! The kitchen had everything we needed, good beds and bedding, good showers, great features! We will definitely be back for more peaceful moments in this amazing airbnb :)

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

The three-bar valley is exactly what we were looking for on peaceful days. The bougainvillea cabin met our expectations for family time, rest and contact with nature. We were comfortable with 6 adults, 2 children, a baby and a dog and we had memorable experiences. The only issue that was not very functional was the layout of the bathrooms upstairs. There are three bedrooms and two suites, and the occupants of the third bedroom have to use the stairs to use the bathroom downstairs, which compromises safety, especially at night, for children and older people. In addition, one of the suites has no privacy because there are no walls around the toilet. But we still recommend it for families looking for a getaway. The place is amazing and we were very well treated by the caretaker and his family, who made sure there was no shortage of firewood and attention to our curiosities and those of the children.

Everything was great, amazing, beautiful place, and the owners were very helpful, they helped me prepare a surprise for my husband. I will definitely be back.

The place is very quiet with the view of the Santa Marta lighthouse, an incredible place, the hosts are good people, we love the place, we will definitely be back soon. Everything is impeccable, everything is clean, smells nice, we love it!!!

Modern apartment, all new and well functional. With the external blinds and the 3 wool blankets, I was able to face the cold front and didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning in hot mode. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful place. The lake is beautiful, both during the day and at night. Extremely safe place, with 24-hour concierge. Joseana was responsible for everything and helped me with all my needs. The jacuzzi had a problem a few hours earlier, and she more than readily set out to solve it and everything worked out. The place is really worth it. You can trust it!

Very nice place Excellent structure

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The view from Rafael’s place is absolutely unbeatable, it’s right on the beach and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Rafael himself was an amazing host: super responsive, helpful, and genuinely great to interact with. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I already know that next time I’m in Balneário, I’ll be booking with him again without a doubt.

Brilliant value for money. Absolutely incredible location and property. The centre of town was walkable in 15 minutes and there were plenty of small shops and restaurants for food. Elisa was an incredible communicator and very helpful - always responded quickly with suggestions. The house is incredible and the pool is the star of the show. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed late night swims and dinners outside. There’s a view over the river, the house sits at the edge and it’s very peaceful and quiet. We organised a taxi transfer through Elisa for the airport which worked well. On the way back we got the shuttle bus which felt safe and worked just as well for a cheaper price.

My trip to SC was for work. I took my one-year-old and six-month-old twins, my biggest concern was a place for them to have fun, and the place delivered everything and more. The condominium has two very nice playgrounds. The apartment, with no danger zone for the boys, was a great place for them to enjoy. The location is very good. Our stay at Fabi's apartment was wonderful.

Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Great location and impeccable hosting! The apartment is perfectly located, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly at home, thanks to the evident details and care in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend it without hesitation!
