Excellent location and extra clean environment. For us it was a problem the courtyard was shared, in the ad it said private, as we took our dog, who needed to be trapped inside the house when we went to the beach, since animals on the beach are not allowed in the city. Bed linens were missing, but we turned around with what we had. Deixo as a suggestion to change the cutlery and glasses, which are already dappled by use. But overall it was really good.

Gostei a lot, it has a very beautiful view of the aceano, it is quiet by night. There is no noise other than the sea. The place is very good, tidy and has everything you need. I like and recommend.

This was a magical trip for my family and I! We flew to Brasil from the states for my small intimate wedding and this location exceeded our expectations. This house will always hold a special place in my heart, as it is where my family and wife made beautiful memories and fell in love with Brasil. The host was the most responsive I've ever experienced and made it their priority to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend!

incredible days in this paradise, with lots of choice of fun, pool, sandboard in the dunes that is on the side of the inn, skateboard, trails, exelent paradise beach for those who seek to relax and have fun. huts well clean and organized with everything equipped. The house is great, live much more beautiful than the photos, we were very surprised! Everything was very clean, organized, the kitchen is very complete. The location is very good, it is very close to the center and the nightclubs. The street is very bad, especially on rainy days (the car skids a lot), but most streets in Rosa are like that and this is not the fault of the host but of the city. Thiago was always very helpful and polite, we ended up forgetting some items in the house and came back after a week to pick it up and he was very kind! Anyway, it was well worth staying in the house, I recommend!

This is the third time we've stayed at Mr. Fernando's house with my family. The place is very nice, simple, cozy but has everything we need. It is close to the beach with many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The beach is very good, clean and we do everything on foot. Mr. Fernando is very attentive!

Place of rest for family or couple, we stayed in the chalet for 2 people and it was amazing, we walked a lot, amazing place, we will return without a doubt
