Vacation rentals with a sauna in South Region

Great location right in the civic center, just steps away from the main passeio público park. The apartment is in a comfortable building with parking, which is super convenient. The neighborhood is great as a base to explore the whole city. The place is well equipped and had everything we needed, and the bed was impressively comfortable, guaranteed great rest.

The building is beautiful and the location is perfect. The apartment is super comfortable. Communication with Gabriela was excellent. It has everything you need and more. Our stay was wonderful, although short. The apartment is really very well located, and very well planned. Rodrigo facilitated our early check-in, which was of great value to us. The building staff are very helpful and we were able to leave our vehicle in the rotating parking spaces without any problems. The apartment has everything you need for a quiet stay, everything is very clean and organized. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent accommodation, in addition to the apartment being well equipped and modern, the building also offers many extra activities (swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, etc.). Location close to supermarket, restaurant and the waterfront avenue. Guilherme was an excellent host, very attentive, polite and flexible with schedules! I'll definitely be back!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24-hour doormen and automatic activation of the gate by the car plate (practical), and it also has a grocery store.

We chose Patricia's house for the convenience of the sauna and Jacuzzi, perfect for the winter. Both worked perfectly. The house is extremely new and everything is very tasteful, furniture and decoration. The location is a little further away from the beach and the center of Rosa, perfect for those looking for tranquility and exclusivity. Even so, it has a market nearby. The hostess is extremely helpful, always wanting to do her best. I recommend it and would stay again.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Great location, great communication, huge place, very friendly service.

Large and beautiful house, easy access to the center, paraguay, argentina and city attractions. The hostess was very helpful and present, always asking if we needed anything and giving recommendations. The street is busy, but the house is very safe. Only left to be desired, for me, in the matter of lighting (a little dark the house, but it may be a matter of personal taste) and could have some extra cooking utensils (such as skimmer and silicone spatula). For sure, if you have a chance, I'll be back!

Very good service

The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything you need. The jacuzzi is great, because on those days when the weather is not good, it is a great option. My only complaint is about the location. Although I knew it was far from the beach, I didn't know the area and I was surprised by the poor condition of the streets. But I'll emphasize again that the house is beautiful, just as shown in the photos.
