House vacation rentals in South Region

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

The place perfectly matches the description, I did not need to contact the hosts at any time since there were no problems during our stay, the place is ideal for having a good time with family and friends.

We love the stay! The house is simple, but very cozy and well cared for. The social space with the barbecue and the pool was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the time together. The house is also pet-friendly, which is great. The town is very calm and quiet, close to the beach and the avenue, being able to do everything on foot.

The truth is that the accommodation of Gloria is incredible, everything is as good as the photos, very comfortable, super recommended! It has everything you need to enjoy each space.

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

great townhouse, with a very good location. Very close to the center. The house has a TV in all the bedrooms and in the party space, in addition to the living room, which is very cozy. The townhouse also has a heated pool. George was very attentive and always responded to us quickly.

We loved the stay, we had a flexible check-in, the environment was impeccable, comfortable and very fragrant. We enjoyed a lot of comfort, tranquility and we certainly felt at home. I hope to return soon !!! I highly recommend it.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. We had been looking at this house for a while. The location and design of the open house drew attention and was well within expectations. Mr. Francisco, the host, is a very receptive and friendly man and the house is fantastic, perfect for a time of rest, where the fresh air of the hill and the silence make you feel very good. Highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

We very much like the place and the house overlooking the lagoon, all clean and comfortable and the Cláudio and wife very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return, I recommend it.

The house is wonderful, better than the description says. All luxury, very comfortable for large groups, in a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Andrea's antención is excellent, marvellous cuisine and made us feel at home. We'll be back anyways! 10/10

Excellent stay, very complete house, comfortable ideal for a family vacation. Very quiet and cozy place, nearby supermarket, pharmacies and beach. I recommend it 100%. The very friendly and attentive host.

The trips I usually do are always business and for this I often need personalized service and Nelson provided all the service I needed. I was super satisfied with the stay and the host's activity. I will definitely use this reservation when I return to the municipality again.

We were very well received by Mrs. Marta, with no problems regarding communication. The house is even cooler in person! We loved our stay, we went in 4 people and attended super well. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Quiet space, great accommodation, accommodates up to 6 people easily. The pets loved the large patio. The listing matches everything it offers. Leticia is super accessible. We'll be back.
