Access is from narrow stairs. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean in excellent condition. In addition, the balcony with laundry room outside helped us accommodate the beach products. They provide sun loungers, sun storage, and commonly used cleaning supplies.

We arrived a little before the checkin time but let us settle anyway. It was all very clean and organized. The first night we already used the outside area to make a barbecue, and we used the utensils of the place, which made it very easy. We had everything we need. I found the entrance of the inn very bad to maneuver, there is a wall that makes it difficult to access. Inside the bedroom the only suggestion of change is to put the tv in the bedroom instead of leaving it in the living room.

Impeccable and comfortable accommodation, family place, quiet and with 0 annoying noises. Wifi, air-conditioning and tv functioning perfectly, plus a full kitchen. Access to the house and the surroundings is by road on the ground, but this does not make it difficult and does not prevent access, the sand ramp that in the comments was a negative point, no longer exists, super quiet to climb with any type of car. Bruna gave us indications of places and trails to do, it was amazing, we did some and we visited some restaurants that were indicated and it was amazing. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back. We love the fact that we can take our puppy♥️.

Great house! Well equipped as described, met our stay period very well. Close to shops,supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants and very good neighborhood. Thárik always attentive and cordial. I answered the questions asked very quickly and clearly. Perfect for spending days with the family. Highly recommend.

Everything was as it was in the listing description, even though it was a shared space (3 cabins), the common areas are distributed to each house, being very private with a service area. The place is surrounded by nature, we receive visits from pleasant animals every day. Close to the beach, which is very private without much movement, making the environment very familiar.

We thank Rosalia and her family. They welcomed us outside the agreed time because we had trouble with the car. Her house is nicer than what you see in the photos and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked.

We had a great stay! Dante explained everything very well, and answered all our questions. Whenever we needed something, he could get it! Everything is very organized, it has everything that is described. Great location, self check-in is a plus! Quiet street, we parked on the street and had no problems, it is one block from one of the main squares, you can walk there and back easily It has hot water, air-conditioning and a fan. It also has an elevator, which helps a lot. The place is well ventilated and despite being in the center, it is very quiet! My companions and I loved the place and we will certainly be back!

Giordano and Carla were excellent hosts,  the house is  great  super equipped, everything working properly. The Condominium has a great leisure structure, restaurants and snack bars, all great. Beach transportation and equipment. We enjoy every moment.

Joana and Clovis' house is great, as are their hosts who live next door and are always willing to help. Close to the beach and also the market and with downtown Capao nearby. Electric gate that works perfectly, covered garage. Very safe area, large lawn for pets. But the best part is the effort they put into every detail. Tastefully decorated, impeccable walls, very comfortable bed, fully-equipped with kitchen appliances. New appliances, and a grill with everything you need, garden furniture... Everything is high quality. In addition to having everything for the beach. In addition, quality sheets, quilts and towels, soaps, toilet paper, napkins for the kitchen... It's the best place we've been to on Airbnb. The unexpected detail: a very complete herb garden. We use it for every meal. And everything was clean, nice, the lawn was perfect.
