Our stay at Zoe's apartment was excellent! I stayed with my wife and my 5-year-old daughter and we all loved the experience. Since the first contact, Zoe was very attentive, kind and quick in the answers, leaving us very calm with the reservation. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: cozy, well decorated and with an amazing view to the sea, the waterfront and the river. The location is privileged, in a building facing the sea, and everything was very clean and prepared with great care to welcome us. We felt that every detail was thought with affection. We will definitely return at a next opportunity. Super recommended!

Wonderful place. The lake is beautiful, both during the day and at night. Extremely safe place, with 24-hour concierge. Joseana was responsible for everything and helped me with all my needs. The jacuzzi had a problem a few hours earlier, and she more than readily set out to solve it and everything worked out. The place is really worth it. You can trust it!

Anything good we can say is not enough. Excellent place and excellent human beings. We recommend the experience to everyone!!

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The view from Rafael’s place is absolutely unbeatable, it’s right on the beach and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Rafael himself was an amazing host: super responsive, helpful, and genuinely great to interact with. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I already know that next time I’m in Balneário, I’ll be booking with him again without a doubt.

Large apartment, perfectly accommodated 8 adults, balcony in the living room and in the three bedrooms with perfect sea view, all exactly as in the listing. Everything clean and organized with great location. Attentive host gave us all the necessary guidelines and clarified doubts quickly.

My stay at the loft was simply impeccable! The space is exactly as shown in the photos — modern, cozy, well-decorated and extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the whole environment very well thought out, with details that make a difference. The location is also excellent: safe, quiet and with easy access to restaurants, cafes and tourist spots. It is a perfect place to rest and work in peace. The host was super attentive and helpful from the start, always available to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I definitely recommend this loft for those looking for comfort, style and an above-average experience. I'll definitely be back!

Cleize's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located, clean and super well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Cleize always responded quickly, and gave us all the detailed information before our arrival. In addition, because the time of year we rented was quieter, we were able to have a more flexible check-in and check-out. Anyway, there were 8 of us, everyone was very well accommodated. The view from the apartment by the sea is a spectacle. I will recommend, and I hope to return for a new stay!

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Renato is very good, kind and pleasant, willing to help you with whatever you need. The view is not even mentioned, too beautiful!! The kitchen had everything we needed, good beds and bedding, good showers, great features! We will definitely be back for more peaceful moments in this amazing airbnb :)

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. Recommendation 10/10, wonderful experience.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!
