Danielle is a great host, from the day we booked until the last moment of the stay she always responded to us with great sympathy and agility. Danielle's apartment fully matches the listing, you can see that she strives to give the best to her customers, in addition to the apartment being perfect it is in a great location close to everything. When we arrived at the apartment there was a chocolate for each one, it is a care and affection for the customer, we certainly intend to return. The parking was perfect, as much as it is private, it was very easy because it is attached to the building. In addition to all these qualities, the pool was what we liked the most, it is heated and huge, very good for relaxing. Everything was perfect.

The stay was excellent, we recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Mr. Guillermo, along with the doorman, Mr. Carlos, we were able to enter the apartment without any difficulty, in addition to having an extremely safe and private garage. Not to mention the apartment, which is perfect for 3 people and a small dog, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, essential to withstand the heat in Asunción. Everything was clean and organized, ready for our stay. Thank you so much for the stay and I hope to be back soon.

We really liked the place very quiet condominium in front of the beach , close to restaurants , omnibus passes outside the condominium, very clean and organized apartment I recommend 100% to travel with family and have a good rest. Cheers.

We love hosting! Elizete was very kind and very proactive with all the requests, being an excellent host. The location is great and everything was very organized. One highlight was the flexibility of the check in and check-out times.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. I'm grateful that my stay was wonderful and here I leave my recommendation and dare to say that it was the best Airbnb I've had the opportunity to stay at. I wish you all the best. Sandy

An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

The house is as advertised. Joaquin's availability was excellent. I communicate at all times. Upon arrival, we were greeted by his father, who guided us. Upon entering the accommodation, it was in excellent condition. Everything was tidy and clean. The house is very spacious and very comfortable. It had 3 double beds plus 2 more beds. In the dining room there is a chair that turns into a bed. Then it has 2 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. It really felt like home. Thanks Joaquin

Sensational location, house exactly as advertised, wonderful house patio, complete house from kitchen utensils to appliances, has everything you need. Pleasant, spacious atmosphere and we were very well received, the place is worth every penny. I'll definitely be back.

This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are excellent. Like the guys with the chairs and umbrellas. The staff at the front desk are very unfriendly and treat you very badly. Luckily, you only have to see it when you enter. We will definitely be back!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!
