Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe has great views, country walks, cycling and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

Beautiful annexe to historic grade 2-listed property. Tastefully decorated, with a stunning bedroom and bath/ shower room, commanding views across a lovely garden. The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. Super quiet, one off space. Close to Lake Windermere, shops and places to eat and drink. Immaculate studio space for 2 people (no children) who need time out of their busy lives to shut off and re-charge. It comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/bedroom with an en suite shower room, with sliding doors onto a verandah which overlooks the beautiful running water and the woodland, where if you're lucky you might spot a deer or two. We live nearby if you do need us for anything.
