A lovely Georgian Farmhouse in a rural setting. The nearby village of Kirkby Lonsdale is famous for its lovely small shops and the River Lune which runs through it. The farmhouse is within easy reach of both the Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales. We are 5 minutes from the M6 and The gateway to the Lakes. Lovely Lake District rural retreat

My home is on a small, Lakeland farm set up on a hillside with wonderful views down to the Duddon estuary. You could be woken by the song of a blackbird or robin or the cockerel; otherwise, it's a wonderfully quiet, peaceful spot. The hens and cats hang out in the yard, various sheep breeds, four ponies, and a scattering of cows populate the fields, and beyond that a gate opens onto the hills.
