The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Howell and Susie were the best hosts we have experienced. They were so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed meeting their friends and neighbours out by the Duck Pond for a wonderful evening get together. A wonderful experience we will not forget. A Truly Memorable Stay at Artie’s Lodge After reading so many glowing reviews, we arrived with high expectations and we were not disappointed. Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The views over Lake Windermere are simply breathtaking, and the lodge itself is spotless, cosy, and beautifully appointed. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay is thoughtfully provided. Special mention goes to the luxury toiletries, they were absolutely sublime. I’ll definitely be ordering some for my wife! Elizabeth is every bit as exceptional as other guests have described. She’s a warm, attentive host who genuinely goes the extra mile to make sure you feel incredibly well cared for. Breakfast was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. Thanks to Artie’s Lodge and Elizabeth’s impeccable attention to detail, my wife and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary in a way we’ll always remember with great fondness. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend to others

The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Fantastic peaceful no traffic lots of walks dogs loved it clean tidy bed nice .walk to pub was very good food did not want to come home very helpful and good walks.views to die for will be back soon

A truly fantastic place to stay in idyllic, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We have stayed in a few Airbnb properties but none better. Vivienne and Bill are lovely people and absolute fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. And made our stay even more special. Thank you both. Would highly recommend and definitely intend to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Ed and Charlottes, the perfect spot to explore from. The cottage was spotless and exactly as listed with lovely scenery and stocked with the essentials for our stay we were even treated to a delicious bowl of fresh strawberries on our final morning. The place was easy to find and the prearrival instructions easy to follow and had really helpful information on local taxis and places to eat nearby perfect for our stay. Thank you Ed and Charlotte 😊

We (2 adults, 2 babies, 1 dog) had a wonderful weekend at the Oasthouse. Alexis has done it up beautifully. Very comfortable beds and a lovely big bath. We enjoyed making use of the bbq and the decking, exploring the grounds, meeting the donkeys and exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. Alexis was a fantastic and attentive host. We look forward to returning!

Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable in the beautiful accommodation, everything is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, plus you have a wonderful view of the meadows and the coast from the windows. The breakfast was also excellent, so everything was as good as you could wish for. The accommodation is very well located for seeing the many sights in the north of the Isle of Skye.

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! Daniela was an excellent, welcoming host. The room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The property was close proximity to Edinburgh Airport and located in beautiful surroundings on the golf course. It was easy to get to Edinburgh and I enjoyed staying outside of the city. I highly recommend and will stay again, for sure!

Lovely stay at Walnut Tree Cottage. Fab location in a pretty village with a decent pub just a few steps away. Excellent breakfast supplies - Gilly and James are great hosts.

We loved our stay here, the view from the living room is amazing and we loved the breakfast’s every morning! The bedroom was very small but they allow you to use the living area too so not too bad. We also loved the two dogs! Perfect location for visiting the Isle of Skye - would stay here again if we were up.

Great place to stay, the whole place is pretty clean, had a very homey vibe, and jack includes a lot of amenities that other places don’t even bother giving. Honestly an amazing place to stay, which the common area on the middle floor it gave almost like a high quality college dorm vibe. 100% would recommend. The only thing to mention is that during the summer the nights can get a little warm due to the lack of AC, but that is not the hosts fault as ACs are not the most common thing in the UK where usually the weather doesn’t get to warm. If I’m every coming back to Manchester, will definitely have this place in mind!

This was a simply fabulous stay, if i could have awarded six stars i would have. The location is perfect, affording a water view from the bedroom and breakfast area. The room has all you need, and is spotlessly clean. Jennifer is an amazing host and communication from great from the moment of booking. And the breakfast provided was the perfect start to the day. Honestly, stay here!!

Sam’s flat is an easy and quick walk from the train station. The instructions on how to get inside and outside were very clear. The room and the bathroom were absolutely pristine as well as the rest of the space. It took me 10 min to walk to all the attractions and there are plenty of places close by to grab a tasty coffee, a full meal, or groceries. As to the host himself - nobody knows the city or its history better than Sam does: he is absolutely wonderful, quick to respond, provides unbeatable recommendations, is very trustworthy, funny and I will absolutely stay with Sam again, if he agrees to it 🙂

we had a wonderful stay at Faye's this weekend. even though it rained hard, we felt cosy and comfortable in the yurt enjoying the sound on the roof as we dozed off. the gardens are beautiful and the views out to the firth of forth are special. a real slice of paradise Faye and her partner were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed while also giving us privacy to enjoy our stay. thanks for having us

Very well set up little flat below the hosts house. Everything you need and a tasty breakfast too. We enjoyed views from the balcony in the sunshine.

Beautifully decorated cottage, which was immaculately clean on arrival. We’d been left groceries including local bread, milk, butter, eggs and a chocolate bunny as it was Easter, which was really thoughtful. The beds were made ready and there were plenty of towels. Lots of thoughtful extras including coffee, a cafetière, toiletries, also laundry and dishwasher tablets were included. The cottage is in a lovely location, just outside the village and surrounded by countryside. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Niall was very friendly and communicated well about check-in.

Saltwater chronicles is an outstanding property . Everything you need is provided. The house is beautiful, private and has stunning views. The bedrooms are beautifully designed, beds are comfortable and each room has its own bathroom. The estate has lovely walks and the coastal walks are stunning. Great service and communication from the team at Dunskey. I would highly recommend

Maria and Frank are some of the nicest AirBnB hosts I've encountered. I felt so well looked after (the stocked fridge with breakfast bits and bobs was a lovely touch), and nothing was too much. The room was lovely and comfortable with a great wee en-suite. I'll be staying again!

This was a great experience. After a long day of traveling, Catherine had the kitchen stocked with juice, milk, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and home baked bread and cake. My daughters stated” it was the best cake “. The space was exactly described and more- a beautiful home and area. Catherine also had a reference book with her recommendations, maps, descriptions, and menus. This was all so very helpful. I hope to come back one day.

Second stay at this wonderful place, our Surveyor Paul was very much looking forward to going back and it didn’t disappoint. Thanks Maria for being a great host.

What a great place to stay. The house is beautiful and the views out over the Firth are awesome. It was spotlessly clean and Allan was the perfect host. He provided good advice ref. places to visit and produced a really good continental breakfast. The whole place was very relaxing. The dining area was also great. We were able to bring food in and eat it whilst taking in the wonderful views. Good location very close to Chanonry Point (Dolphin watching) and within 25 minute drive of the centre of Inverness. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
