Hi Reg and Lynn, From Darren, Vic and Charlie, we want to say a massive thank you for your hospitality, your kindness and allowing us to stay in your beautiful cottage. we've had the best few days in a long time and felt part of your wonderful family whilst allowing us space and privacy to truly relax. we'd like to thank you also for the little extras we found upon arrival which were most thoughtful and kind. We struggled to leave this morning and the love you've all put into the cottage was felt from the second we walked through the door. I really don't think the photos do justice to the beauty and charm. The local walks are wonderful, the beach is an absolute delight, you've made everything perfect for us and hope we'll be back one day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it's been the most perfect of breaks Darren, Vic and a truly tired Charlie x

We really enjoyed our stay here and have already recommended it. Loved being so close to the beach, the views are amazing. Unfortunately both nights were cloudy so we didn’t get the full sunset but it was still a beautiful view. The cabin was just as described, and as most other reviews we didn’t really leave the area, just for a lot of beach and coastal walks which also had amazing views. We ventured for lunch to the cafe one day, which we would also recommend really nice food and so convenient location wise. Everything else we’d brought home cooked food to heat up in the oven and all things we needed were provided in the cabin. And the hosts left some brilliant and useful goodies when we arrived like milk, juice, muffins and some amazing cookies.

Chose the location as we've never been to this part of the UK before. The cottage was ideally located in a quiet village but with 2 pubs, an ice cream parlour/shop and fantastic sunsets on the beach just across the road. The cottage was cosy with everything we needed for a chilled out week despite the changeable weather. Hope to return at some point to visit the places we didn't have time to explore. The area definitely doesn't promote itself enough.

Beautiful house, made to feel really welcome and it was a home from home. Samantha was really helpful and responsive on the build up to our stay. A lovely little surprise for the kids on our arrival with an Easter Egg hunt and some delicious home made scones from the hosts local cafe. Can also recommend a visit to the Cafe Royal. The beach in Fleetwood was really nice, this house was a great base for us.

We had a brilliant family trip to Lytham and absolutely loved our stay! The property was in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and near to the shops, and all the lovely restaurants. It was ideal for us and our dogs, who were made to feel just as welcome as we were. Sam, the host, was fantastic, incredibly accommodating and always happy to help with anything we needed. He was quick to sort out any small issues, which made everything feel effortless and relaxed. We really couldn’t have asked for a better base for our getaway. Would definitely stay again, thank you, Sam!

Lovely house spread across 3 floors. Excellent rural location with easy access to the beach. Hosts were contactable and helpful and were happy to set up the baby's cot for our arrival. Although a highchair was provided, it was probably past it's best as the foam was exposed and straps were well used. If this was known in advance we would have brought our own. That being said it wouldn't stop us coming back again and we would definitely recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Hosts were super friendly and responsive. I even asked if we could check in earlier to leave bags and they let us do this. The lodge has everything you could need and we found this to be the best lodge, location wise, on the park. The steps lead right down to the lake. We took our kayak and went out several times. The huge balcony which is fully furnished was great to watch the sunset of an evening with a glass of wine! Dog are allowed too which was a huge bonus. The We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! It was a great way to celebrate my birthday! Thanks again

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

We had a lovely break this Easter bank holiday. The communication was excellent. The caravan was well equipped, clean and well located to haven’s amenities. Children enjoyed the board games. Weather was warm enough to sit out briefly on last day. Outdoor furniture made this a pleasant experience. As a family we’d happily return to explore the area further.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

We stayed at Jonathan and Lindsay’s place for 3 days for our business trip in Blackpool:) The accommodation is spacious, cosy and wonderful! Everything we need is within reach and best of all we absolutely love the living area and the lovely kitchen, and it’s perfect for us to relax and have a good time together after a hard day’s work!! Jane is a wonderful host. So helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything we could of needed. Felt at home, beds comfy, everything clean. Location perfect, close to restaurants , and short drive to Lytham green. And St Anne’s beach. Thank you , will definitely stay again,

We had a wonderful stay - this is our second time here. A wonderful base to explore the traditional seaside amenities and sand dunes of st Anne’s. Couldn’t get a better location, great facilities in the flat and my kids love the little homely touches of soft toys, colouring books and the trampoline! Thanks once again for a wonderful place to stay.

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

George and his daughter are lovely people. Their home is so clean, warm and had everything you could possibly need. Having it accessible for my son’s wheelchair was amazing and the downstairs bedroom really helpful. The location to visit Blackpool is just perfect, the tram stop is opposite so getting to the tower or the pleasure beach is easy, but the house itself is that little bit away, with excellent parking, making it ideal for a family. Very fair price too. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Andrews place. Everything was as mentioned in listing. Place was very clean and was like home from home and a walking distance to Morecambe Prom Parkrun which we attended. Andrew was the perfect host and very accomodating for our stay and checkout. Highly recommend staying here. Some lovely little touches like the binoculars and gym, thanks Andrew. Paula & Richard
