Monthly Rentals in Sinclair

Cute little bright and airy “cottage” in Rawlins. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need for cooking (olive oil, spices, coffee, pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc.)! Nice to have a washer and dryer available, although we didn’t use it because we only stayed one night. The gas fireplace also is a nice touch, but sadly it was too warm during the time of year that we were there to use it. Cute little neighborhood with fenced in dog park just 2 blocks away. Quiet and comfy. Would stay again. The only complaints we had is that only 2 of the windows opened (the others were blocked off), and there wasn’t a table or floor lamp in the living room (essential for those of us who like to read while reclining on the sofa). Otherwise, perfect! Patty is a terrific host, she met us shortly after we checked in and informed us of the nearby dog park. Super friendly and sweet.

this home was excellent for our party of 3 plus pets. it is very close to everything. I would definitely recommend this for a last over or extended stay.

We were on contracting business trip and it was super convenient, quiet and clean. Beautiful mountains behind the property. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable and appreciated the little things like laundry detergent, dish washer pods and plenty of cooking pots and utensils. Will definitely stay again! We were even able check in a little early and extended a day when plans changed. Super easy.
