Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay or get a whole group of friends together to enjoy the recreation that the Sierra Madres offer! The house sits on a peaceful ranch just outside of Saratoga. With close access to the Sierra Madre Mountains this is a snowmobiler’s dream. South Spring Creek runs through the back yard of the house. Comes with constant views of south Spring Creek and the Sierra Madre and Rocky Mountains.

Cozy 2 Bedroom House

This house is typically housing traveling workers and definitely set up for such. There is no yard and it’s located close to another house. It’s clean and comfortable though!! Rawlins is not a nice place, so don’t expect the Ritz; it is, however, safe though. This unit is near downtown and on one of the main streets. It’s a pretty quiet place, but is near long-term worker housing and very close to the house next door.

Maple Manor

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In a quiet neighborhood. You are two blocks from the local mansions, 6, blocks from the Frontier Prison, 8 blocks from downtown, and one mile from the grocery store. The dog park combined with a skateboard park and playground area, is within walking distance, just two blocks away. The host lives on the same block as Maple Manor if you have any immediate needs.
