Very nice and cosy cottage with comfortable beds and all amenities you expect at home. Provided a very cake and milk on our first night. Lovely conservatory and garden to relax in when it was warm enough. Good location for the Norfolk Coast from. Wells to Sandringham. The nearest town Holt is great for shopping and eateries.

We all loved our stay here, children and adults! Maire was such a friendly and informative host, providing us with recommendations on days out when the weather wasn’t looking too good a few days before our stay and making sure we had everything for the 4 children. The house was super clean and cosy and we all slept very well each night in the comfy beds. The children enjoyed having the little garden to potter around and play in after our days out and it was a nice relaxing spot for the evenings. Really pleased to have found this gem of a holiday home.

We had the most lovely family holiday here. With a 3 and 1 year old this property had everything we needed to make us feel all feel right at home. A cot, high chair, bib, black out binds, you name it. The river and decking at the bottom of the garden was just so peaceful, our go to spot. We watched nesting swans and ducks, we all loved it. Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. The chapel at Binham is a wonderful property located very close to the north Norfolk coast. The property is beautiful inside and out and suited our needs perfectly. We have never been to a property that has been cleaned so thoroughly. Everything was immaculate and beautifully decorated throughout. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Horizon house. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. So close to the beach and amenities! Great having space for 2 cars off street parking too, made unloading/ loading much easier.

I loved my stay. The house is charming and in a great location. I would definitely stay again. Guy is a great host.Wifi is very good.

I am not sure where to start, the property was outstanding, very well laid out and designed beautifully. We would highly recommend a stay especially if you are looking for a very high class property. It has everything you could need and the garden is very private, so not over looking. We had a lovely relaxing stay with our dogs and we were not too far from the beach. I would like to thank Dean for everything and for making our stay so perfect. Looking forward to returning in the future. Paul & Vivien.

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

Booked at very late notice but thankfully Ben got back to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Felt very cosy and relaxed there. Loved the working stove. Great spacious parking facilities. There’s a hotel about 10 mins walk away that serves good food. Perfect location for exploring Norfolk.

Excellent comfortable flat to stay in Norwich with parking. Great to do your own cooking in the full kitchen and use of washing machine. Definitely everything you need is provided, even breakfast provisions & laundry detergent. I found it easier to use the back entrance as just 1 door to get in but be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs either way. Responsive hosts and I can't think of anything to improve the place. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Norwich town centre. The bedroom is quiet as it's not facing the main road. I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with my stay.

Ideal location for exploring Sheringham shops and seafront. Literally a minutes walk away. This ground floor apartmentwas ideal for my elderly mother as there were only a couple of indoor steps to negotiate. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Off street parking a major plus. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco very welcoming! Thank you Angie, will definitely be coming back ☺️

Thanks Lucy and Lawrie, we had a lovely stay in the annex, it was perfect.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Ivor & Karen were great hosts, easy to communicate with before and after our stay. The apartment is as described and the photos are up to date. There is plenty of space for 2 people, the bed and sofa/chair were comfortable, shower was good and it was very clean and well-stocked throughout, including some thoughtful provisions for breakfast. The location was surprisingly private as it is situated so close to Asda, Wetherspoons, Subway,MacDonalds and a main road with good transport links. It is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful corner with the added benefit of a beautiful garden. There was parking on the driveway for one car but plenty of amenities within walking distance too. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The place was honestly really really cool, wish we could’ve stayed slightly longer! Had a wonderful time.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Excellent annex, perfect for a weekend getaway, lovely welcome pack, Sarah even left a welcome pack for our doggy, Will definitely book again, if we go to the east coast again. Very easy to find and gain access, No problems with anything.

Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀
