Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sheringham

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing Airbnb and very helpful hosts. Loved being here with extended family including two toddlers, house and garden were beautiful and safe for the kids. Had a really wonderful time.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Woodpecker at Happy valley. The very clean cosy spacious cabin was set in a picturesque peaceful location. The Hot tub is fantastic, and we really enjoyed relaxing in nature. We went to Sandringham park run, which is only a 10 minute drive away and an excellent location. Also plenty of Serene beaches not too far away by car. Katy was great and provided useful information quickly with our last minute booking. Highly recommend if you are after a relaxing break!

Such a fantastic stay. Nikki was a brilliant host, her comms fantastic both pre and during the stay. The hot tub is superb. And a short walk to the beach, fantastic for dog walking. If you love running, it’s perfect along the beach. The place was spotless, had everything we needed. Such a great time.

The cottage was great for our group which included young children, there was plenty of space and it was clean and well equipped with some lovely extra touches ! Excellent location too. Would highly recommend x

We had a wonderful few days at 2 Coastguards. The cottage was beautiful and we felt right at home straight away. Plenty of space and beautiful art on the walls. The view from the top room was captivating. Perfect location for long walks on the beach with our dog. Sand dune sliding, crabbing, visits to Wells Next the Sea, Holkham, Brancaster & Burnham Market. We had several meals at the Hero pub across the road and a rainy afternoon ensconced in the pretty cottage completing the jigsaw provided. Would happily return for more coastal adventures. Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The thing we liked about this was that it was Charlotte's place - it wasn't just some business with dozens of properties, it was someone's home. Fantastic little place near the beach, really peaceful. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. Very relaxing, comfy bed. Lovely courtyard garden. Very large shower. We ate at Blackboys Hotel where the food was incredible! ! We took our puppy with us, the property was perfect for this. Rebecca’s asked any questions we had very quickly. We visited Happisburgh

A fantastic stay for us with our boys, the grandparents and dogs. The house is gorgeous, characterful, warm, welcoming, cosy, charming, clean - we instantly felt at home. In a great location, across the road from the quay for seal trips, nice walk along the coast path to Blakeney, short drive to Wells & Holkham. Louise is a great host, always responded quickly and gave us plenty of info re dog friendly pubs etc. If you like North Norfolk I would highly recommend staying at Louise's place. East Barn was oldy worldy, which we loved, but also ultra modern. Had everything we wanted or needed. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it felt homely and so comfortable. The dogs were welcome too, and settled well. Thank you Steve, for a very relaxing break 😎

Perfect location. Really comfortable space. Everything we needed. Fab having access to the swimming pool. It wasn't busy, so we had relative flexibility to use the pool at the times we wished. Easy access to local places to visit for a great holiday including long walks on beautiful beaches. Would recommend!

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

The Kingfisher house is clean, neat and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Being opposite the Goat Shed is a very good selling point, with its excellent choice of goods and great food to eat. The location is very central Norfolk, meaning you have plenty of options to visit lots of the Norfolk sights. The use of the pool and tennis courts at the nearby golf resort is an added bonus. Night time is very quiet so we all managed to get some well earned rest.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

I hadn’t been to this part of Norfolk before so was delighted to arrive and find this surprisingly spacious caravan with deck on one of the best spots in this relatively small holiday park. It’s not like the big commercial parks or some smaller ones we have been to where all the caravans are the same. I don’t think there are any two the same here and made me quite nostalgic! This park has a quiet, laid back, friendly atmosphere of its own. Pleasant walk to the beach but there’s free parking down there too if you have stacks of gear like us. Caravan very clean and comfy, everything you need and surprisingly good amount of storage to keep things tidy. Deck an absolute godsend with the dog (everyone here seems to have a dog)! Good value for quality accommodation in peak season and ideally located for visiting around Norfolk. Would definitely consider booking again - teenage son says he would and everyone knows how difficult they are to please! On that note, excellent 4G signal for mobile WiFi too.
