Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻 X

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

We had such a fantastic stay at Coot Cottage, beautiful place with fantastic amenities (stand out being the pool which our daughter loved!) We’ve already recommended to family and friends and will definitely be back again to try one of the other cottages!

Debbie's caravan is quite possibly the best located caravan on the whole Haven site. It's peaceful and about a 2 min walk to the beach, which we loved, yet still close to the main amenities/restaurants etc. The caravan itself was clean, homely and completely useable. Besides towels (including tea-towels), which we were advised to bring ourselves, everything else was provided - linen, washing up liquid, pots/pans etc. I would advise taking a few extra jumpers, even in the British summer, as there's no central heating. The bathroom towel rail was a godsend for drying swim stuff and wet clothes, but unfortunately it rained a lot whilst we were there & we needed more clothes than expected. We bought the entertainment pass for swimming and evening entertainment but if you're not bothered by these, you could absolutely have an enjoyable time without purchasing. All other activities are PAYG. We would absolutely rebook Debbie's caravan for another staycation and highly recommend it.

There is nothing at all to fault here and everything to praise, from the location (superb views, lovely coastal walks or a quick amble into town), light airy and spacious accommodation (and so private - despite there being other flats in the building we never heard anyone) to the friendliness and helpfulness of Sarah and her family. A genuine treat!

We had the most wonderful stay, the house is absolutely stunning and is beautifully furnished it has everything you could possible need. It is close to the town centre and the beach. Liz is a fabulous host, always replied to any queries very quickly. The only downside is the parking as there is only 1 car park space at the property but we managed to find a space on the road and we totally understand that this is out of Liz's control.

Great house - clean, comfortable and very well equipped. (It’s very rare to find good knives AND a knife sharpener, not to mention beach towels.). The promised quiet and calm was delivered; we had fresh flowers in the house which was surrounded by lovely planting. The village is so tiny and verdant that we felt very isolated whereas in fact it was easy to find with a drive of a bare 10 minutes to Holt. Congratulations to Peta for such a thoughtful provision. Next time we stay we would like thank you personally.

I don't think there's any point looking for anywhere else to stay in Sheringham after experiencing Joanne and Simon's lovely home! What a find! If anything the photos do not do it full justice as in fact they can't quite convey the level of thought and care, which is immediately apparent when walking through the door, that's gone into making this such a welcoming, cosy, smart, stylish, comfortable and clearly much loved space. They have thought of everything to make even the shortest of stays as pleasant and easy as possible, from the detailed instructions prior to arrival, clear and kind communications throughout, lovely touches like the welcome basket, gorgeous furnishings, excellent facilities and thoughtful details in every single room. The location also couldn't be better. It's the perfect distance from town to make for easy access and quiet nights. We needed to contact Joanne and Simon at one point and they dealt with our issue with grace, efficiency and kindness! Thank you!

Chris was an exceptional host, friendly, incredibly helpful, and impressively thorough. He provided so much useful information in advance that we never even had to ask a question, everything we needed was already covered! He was also wonderfully accommodating to our group’s specific needs, making sure we had everything necessary for a fantastic stay. The house itself was unbelievable. The photos are beautiful, but seeing it in person was something else—absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious. It truly exceeded our expectations. Chris also gave us fantastic local recommendations, especially for places to eat. We tried as many as we could and were blown away, every spot was a hit! We would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend staying here to anyone considering it. Thank you, Chris, for an unforgettable experience!

What an amazingly idyllic little spot this is. Some places just have a way of healing the soul and this is one of them. Beautiful little hideaway retreat in the middle of English rolling landscape. The house is just beautifully decorated as well, with plenty of space. We went with a baby and 4 year old and it was perfect. There were even toys to play with :) walkable to tasty pubs and close to all the wonderful stuff North Norfolk has to offer. Jessica was also an excellent host from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of peace from the world

We had a lovely stay here for the weekend. The cottage is decorated beautifully throughout & we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts - thank you! the courtyard was also perfect for relaxing in the evening. Situated Close to many local amenities and a short walk into the local town. We had a very enjoyable stay and would love to return.

Moira's place is delightful! It has the most beautiful garden and views across the fields. The home is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. There is lots to do in the area. Great walking and bird watching, plus you can drive to amazing places very easily.

Lovely property, lots of room for a large family group. Every amenity that you could think of. We were on a return visit and felt very "at home"

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We loved Blackberry, it was lovely and homely, clean, comfortable, with all the little extras, and in the perfect location for Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. The house has parking right outside, the location is lovely and quiet, close enough to drive or walk to the town, but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle. The beds were lovely and comfortable, the bedding and towels all smelt lovely, and there was loads of space for hanging up clothes etc. The host was wonderful - Camilla was super responsive, checked we were settled in ok, and we felt like she cared about the house and her guests. Thank you for a wonderful trip - we will be back! 💕

we had a very relaxing stay at the coastguards cottage. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home and the surroundings are just as stunning. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from the business of city life for a few days! There is limited electricity as advertised but we had no issues and were easily able to charge phones and lights.

Perfect base for my husband and daughter to stay as they were doing the Macmillan Mighty Hike along the North Norfolk Coast. Very well appointed altogether and for them it had a much appreciated bath! Apart from one of the two single beds, which was a bit wobbly and none too comfortable the beds were lovely. We also felt that the fridge was not adequate for the accommodation. Sorry to be niggly as it really is a super place to stay. Thanks to Tobias and to Sarah.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location! A lovely modern, well equipped and spacious house, very clean with everything you need. The garden and outdoor seating area is great too if you have the weather. Perfect position, walkable to a nice pebble beach and good places to eat and drink. Or plenty to see and do just a short drive away. Would happily stay again!!

Caroline the owner was very quick in answering questions I had. It is a lovely house and garden. We felt very comfortable their for the week and a vonus the weather was beautiful. We parked at the back of the property without any problems. It is very close to all the amenities in the village. There are a couple of really good restaurants and a good pub in the centre of the village (Cley Next The Sea).
