Welcoming light & airy place with tasteful décor, comfy bedding and very comfortable living room. Kitchen though small is incredibly well stocked, both with food (including pantry items and fresh treats provided in fridge) and tools for those that like cooking: we made the most of them! A real cooks' kitchen. Bathroom also has a you-don't-need-to-bring-it completeness. Enchanting garden with outdoor seating, & handsome hens(with delicious free eggs!) for added interest. Nice country walks, and Rebecca & Richard are delightfully friendly, generous, knowledgeable and helpful. A special nook of England!

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We had such a wonderful stay with our two little ones and Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is perfect, great size with really comfortable living room and eat in kitchen which opens out onto a little deck. It was super clean and beds were all very comfortable! Lovely touches like breakfast and bottle of wine in the fridge for when we arrived. The cottage is also walking distance to cafes and pubs and to the beach! Would love to come back!

We have just returned home from our second stay at the Bothy. Everything about the accommodation was as perfect as on our previous visit. The welcome we received on arrival was warm and genuine, and Julie and Graham were clearly pleased that we had decided to return for another holiday. The property was perfect for our needs - being comfortable, with excellent facilities and a location which is central for visiting lots of different places. All in all we can thoroughly recommend The Bothy and we would definitely return again if holidaying in Norfolk.

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

Lovely small cottage tucked away off the road but close to local amenities. The cottage was kept clean & had all we required for a comfortable stay. Gail, herself was extremely helpful with instructions given on how to find the cottage. All in all our stay at The Stables proved to be a really pleasant one & Tess (the dog with us) seemed to enjoy herself too.

Just a lovely place to stay in a quiet little village. Prefect for our party and very dog friendly. Had a very good Sunday dinner in the village pub which is only a few minutes walk away. My family are already saying we should look to book the house again for next year for our family May get away

Stunning, peaceful, secluded woodland location. Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and spotlesslessly clean. Lorraine and Wayne were friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Exceptional hosts and perfect accomodation. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Norfolk including a very friendly dog.

Excellent comfortable flat to stay in Norwich with parking. Great to do your own cooking in the full kitchen and use of washing machine. Definitely everything you need is provided, even breakfast provisions & laundry detergent. I found it easier to use the back entrance as just 1 door to get in but be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs either way. Responsive hosts and I can't think of anything to improve the place. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Norwich town centre. The bedroom is quiet as it's not facing the main road. I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with my stay.

The apartment is beautiful and stylish, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Elly made you a spare bed for us for our daughter and was quick and helpful when responding. Thanks Elly! X

We had a lovely stay. The flat was perfect. Paul and Debs are lovely hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable putting the heating on before we arrived and leaving supplies of milk, juice and breakfast for us. We loved the information book and followed recommendations which were great. The location is ideal - in walking distance to a pub and the sea and loads to do around. Just sad we couldn’t stay for longer.

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!

100% -Highly recommended Always delighted to come back to stay with Penny & Tiggy (wonderful little black lab) Very comfortable bed - I slept so well Good hot shower / bath in my bathroom upstairs. Very tasty breakfast - with fresh mint from the garden for the tea & fresh coffee for the cafetiere - with a tasty granola with Greek yogurt, bananas, and toasted sourdough with a local Norfolk honey. My favourite beach is nearby - 5 mins drive to Winterton on sea & the seal reserve & sand dunes. Previously, I've only stayed a few days. This time, I was delighted to stay the whole week. I felt very much at home & look forward to coming back soon. Thank you, Penny, and especially little Tiggy.

I needed a place to stay on a cycle tour of Norfolk. Clares place in Holt was perfectly located. I found the room very comfortable. The room had everything I needed and the breakfast was great.

We were welcomed into Riona’s beautiful home yesterday for our overnight stay, what a lucky find! On arrival we enjoyed a drink and a chat in her conservatory overlooking her amazing garden where we took advantage of her local knowledge which prompted a visit to Cromer Beach later that evening. Our stay was made even better by a great sleep in a very comfortable bed, and a lovely breakfast the next morning. Riona is a great host and it was lovely to meet her! Xx

John, Chris & their family were very hospitable & made us feel very welcome. John was eager to help with local recommendations & quick to send links for options. Unusually for an Airbnb property, they also laid out a lovely & healthy continental style breakfast, which set us up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble & we’d definitely recommend No.26 to our friends & stay ourselves again.

We had a great 2 night stay. Helen is a lovely host, who welcomed us warmly. The included breakfast was excellent, and so were the delicious slices of home made cake! The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Helen's place is perfectly situated in a very peaceful spot but only a 2 minute walk to the High Street with its shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We definitely intend to return when we are next in North Norfolk.

Spent the weekend here with family whilst visiting relatives. Su’En provides a breakfast which was amazing - especially the granola. Accommodation was very clean and all facilities were as stated. We couldn’t recommend this place more, in such a beautiful place! Will definitely be returning when we visit family again. Thank you for hosting us all, and serving such a lovely breakfast, we really did enjoy it ❤️
