We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean, there was nothing missing. Highly recommended.

We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really awesome! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "crickets chirping radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well mask the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our exclusive use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Perfectly located in Seefeld, Silke’s flat is in a lovely building with a small pool and sauna. The flat is spacious and well equipped, a short walk from the restaurants in the centre. Silke was reactive and the building staff were amicable and very helpful.

Beautifully presented studio apartment in a peaceful location with lovely views. Free parking and great base for exploring Innsbruck and surrounds. Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 nights in the apartment and were very satisfied. Everything was new, clean and the view of the mountains was the cherry on top. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was modern.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. Rooms are sufficiently large, bathrooms too. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete everything. In the immediate vicinity are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities. The house is located in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there very much. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment with wonderful mountain views. We liked using the sauna and steam room in the basement. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker would have been great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful few days in Seefeld. The apartment was perfect for us in terms of space and equipment. It's wonderful that you can also sit outside. The extras were very much appreciated: chocolates, drinks and delicious dog waffles for our 2 four-legged friends! Good supply of coffee cups was also fantastic, could relax immediately after a long drive. Florian himself is a very pleasant person. Communication went great.

We found the apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. It was all very clean and tidy. The location is great. Everything is very centrally located. Only short walking distances. Shopping as well as great restaurants are all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were super easy and understandable in the messages described in advance by Claus. Glad to come back. We had a great time.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. Wonderful apartment overlooking Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and hiking in the hills

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located right next to the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to downtown. If you come by public transport, we recommend the bus line W, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

I felt very comfortable in Gabi's accommodation. The bathroom is great, the view is great and the mattresses also suited my taste. Even the TV is outstanding for a vacation apartment. The kitchen is small but nice, everything necessary was available to cook something quickly in the evening. Regarding the location, you have to be aware that a main artery passes by the bedroom. Those who can only sleep with the window open may have to help a little with earplugs. None of this bothered me. If you've been hiking all day, you'll sleep like a log in the evening anyway. The advantage of the location is that you can reach the bus stop after only about 100 m. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
