I highly recommend staying here. It’s a clean, neat, updated property that’s in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to many great spots and restaurants. Winny is very proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with and will help you navigate Innsbruck. It’s a beautiful city with lots to do!

Katharina and Jeff Are incredible hosts - friendly, engaging and helpful with plenty of recommendations to fill your day. We felt welcomed and at home, and the apartment is private with incredible mountain views. We would gladly stay again and would say that our stay was one of our best AirBnB experiences.

The place is easy to find, and reach. It is very clean. The attic bed is good but if you are very tall like me(>6 feet) it might be slightly difficult to navigate. Overall a good and positive experience. Recommend!

Beautiful, super beautiful, gorgeous. Simply wow! ⭐️ I spent a few wonderful days and my birthday there with my family! Beautiful area, great apartment with everything your heart desires and really clean. Stylishly furnished and the kitchen is superbly equipped to cook there yourself. The beds are super comfortable and even our two teenagers thought the trampoline on the large terrace was super cool. An earlier check-in was also feasible. Thus, we were able to make full use of the 1st day of vacation. We will definitely come back to Kate and look forward to the next time in the beautiful Ötztal. Thanks very much. 🫶🏻

We had a great time at Martina's place. The apartment is as described: warm, cozy and well-equipped. In addition, it is close to the city center, which makes it easy to do some activities on foot . We recommend it for short and long stays .

Perfect!🤩 The apartment is super nice and we felt very comfortable right away! Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. We were also very happy about the little guest gifts. Michael and Ingrid are very attentive hosts! Communication was always easy and straightforward. Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has ample space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always got a quick and friendly answer. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

We had a great stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but it fits two people. The area is nice and quiet and good for activities in the mountains. Thank you for the nice stay 😊

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.

The place was wonderful. Easy to reach the buses and travel around the city. It was just outside of town so enjoyed the quietness of evening. Rooftop deck was a bonus to relax on. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.
