The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests. Cozy attic apartment for two in the center of Seefeld, just three minutes away from the train station and bus stop. The apartment, consisting of an anteroom, bathroom and living room (kitchen, dining area, sofa, double bed, wardrobe, TV), was completely renovated in 2018. NOTE: - The apartment is on the 3rd floor & there is no elevator! - The underground parking space is quite narrow, unfortunately we cannot offer an alternative.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
