Amazing guest home - super comfortable and beautiful design/furnishings. Loved our stay! The layout is 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with a full bath and laundry. 2nd floor is the kitchen/living and other full bath. Allory was quick to communicate with us. Check-in and parking are very convenient. One of our favorite Airbnbs to date.

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Wendy’s place is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Place was very comfortable and well stocked; anything I needed was there. I loved the patio, comfortable bed, and updated bathroom. The kitchenette was perfect for me, as I was visiting my brother and did not need to cook any meals, just coffee and light breakfast. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to book again in the future.

We stayed here for a week after moving to Seattle and Matt and Holly were great hosts! The space is cozy and has everything you need. We really appreciated having a full kitchen. There were quite a few spiders in the bathroom, so be mindful of that if you’re afraid. The only thing is recommend is getting a slightly longer shower curtain so that water doesn’t get into the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we’d stay here again in the future.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

I had an event downtown so I decided to have a solo two night getaway and it was perfect. 15 minute walk to Roosevelt Light Rail station which took me right downtown. Lake was super close for a daily walk and lots of restaurants close by. Space was perfect for me and felt safe and private as a solo woman. Very quaint and quiet family neighborhood. Space was very clean and bed was comfortable. Will be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

I definitely recommend staying in Kristi’s airbnb. The property is absolutely beautiful, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from everything you need. Kristi herself was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her cute little dog Cookie was possibly my favorite part of the stay. 10/10 experience, I will be booking her airbnb again next time I come out to seattle.

We had an incredible 3 day visit in Seattle! The hosts let us check in a little bit early (at NO extra cost!!!!) If you get in early like we did, there is a luggage storage company on Lenora St about 2 blocks away. The unit was as described. You can hear some street noise but honestly it was not a problem as it was quieter than expected. We loved the rooftop here. The views are beautiful - def check it out! The location was perfect! There is quite a bit of the homeless population on 2nd Ave and the cross streets nearby, but they don’t bother you. Don’t let it stop you from booking this place. We felt SAFE the entire time! We did not rent a car so we were able to walk to just about anywhere in the city. The space needle is under 15 minutes. Pike Place Market about 5-10 minutes depending on where exactly you want to go within the market. There are tons of coffee shops & restaurants within a couple of blocks so there are plenty of options for food and drinks. We would stay again!(:

Our hosts were more than accommodating for us after we got back to Seattle from our cruise and didn't have anywhere to go before check in. Communication was fantastic and even gave us recommendations on where to go downtown and how to get there to see all Seattle has to offer. We are more than appreciative. Accommodations were very clean and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend this place to stay and would stay again.

Due to airline delays and mechanical problems, we did not get to the Airbnb until 2 AM. Thankfully, Thomas had provided the code to get into our place. We were provided with different types of coffee and teas, water, a very comfy bed, walk-in shower and lots of outlets, among other things. Thomas was very nice, gracious and helpful . We will definitely use them again.

This was my first time to the Seattle area and wanted to be close to the University for my son’s graduation from UW. I trusted my intuition to be close to the water, cool neighborhoods, parks and shopping. I was situated close to everything I could have wanted. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Thank you to Kelly and Patrick for the great stay! The place was clean and well kept, you can tell that they put great care and thought to making sure their place is like a home away from home. Easy transportation, great restaurants and cafes near by and Rocky, their dog was a bonus! We would stay here again in the future!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Location is everything with this place. walkable to so many places. Communication with Justin & Vicky was excellent. Getting into the building was super easy and all digital. We had amazing weather on our trip so we were out and about most of the time and didn't get to use the kitchen very much, but we enjoyed the beds, bathroom, and washer and dryer. Highly recommend for folks that want all the benefits of the belltown location!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

Dustin, Lyle, and Richard’s place was a great stay. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early as we were driving in 3+ hours from the coast. Their place is local to the space needle/chihuly glass/pacsci and is walkable to the pike place public market. Their place was clean, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay at their place and felt safe staying there. Thank you for hosting us!

Super location and the unit was very clean and updated. Brianna communicated well and provided clear instructions. Certainly will try and book again on next Seattle visit.

The condo was clean and well-stocked to make a guest comfortable. Ken responded quickly to messages. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise so future guests should be aware of this. Also, the condo is billed as being air conditioned. There is a portable AC in the bedroom that is not great. The unit itself does not have central air. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Thanks Lyle for having us at your place!! Lyle was super responsive and would ask how we're doing during the stay to make sure if we needed anything or had questions. The parking spot in the garage was super nice to have especially staying in that area. The space was clean and comfortable. Would come back again!

I really loved staying here, even for a short while as it was centrally located for all the key tourist spots. I feel like I was able to get around pretty easily either by walking or the public transit. Caroline was very responsive and welcoming. I even used the guide she provided to get my quick list of recommendations of places to visit and see. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a comfortable and accessible spot while staying in Seattle.
