But why leave the property, everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay is here. Enjoy the birds, seals, sea otters, Puget Sound views and walks on the beach.

The main dome includes an open living area which easily transforms into a mini movie theatre, dining area, second bedroom, or a lounge with a cozy wood stove and commanding views of Sky Valley's most prominent peaks. Enjoy a private soak overlooking Mount Index from the smaller bathroom dome with heated slate floors. The property backs thousands of acres of forestry land open to explore on foot or by bike.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Read a book in the suspended net loft upstairs, cozy up in front of the fireplace to watch your favorite movie, or find inspiration at the writing desk. Located on its own half-acre private forest- the treehouse is walking distance to local businesses.

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Cabin is on 20 acres, owners live on adjacent 44 acres. Lots of privacy for guests and the hosts. No cleaning fee or chore list.
