Vacation rentals with breakfast in Washington

This home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout. Highly recommend!

This is the most well stocked AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! Very thoughtful selection of snacks, teas, breakfast items, and food staples. We lacked nothing when preparing our meals (pans, utensils, spices, etc…). The grounds are beautiful, private, and peaceful. There is comfortable front deck furniture to enjoy listening to the birds from. This was a great home base for several hikes during the day, and in the evenings it was comfy relaxing in the cozy living room. I definitely recommend this place!

Sharlene was such an amazing host! From the moment we walked through the gate we felt so welcome. The room was absolutely amazing with beautiful details and cozy vibe. The bathroom was amazing and the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were so luxurious. The bed was so cozy and comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft. The kitchen was adorable with everything you could possibly need and even some baked goods to eat. The courtyard was gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the relaxing fountains. Wendy the dog was absolutely adorable and truly made our stay so much better, we loved getting to love on her and get to know her sweet soul. We could not have asked for a better stay! Not to mention there was a lot of good restaurants in the area within walking distances and a grocery store right down the street. Thank you Sharlene for making our stay so memorable! We hope to stay again soon!

Very convenient spot for exploring the eastern side of Olympic. Loved the porch with the lake views! An obviously loved family vacation home vs. an often seen sterile no-personality Airbnb. One note is the beds on the 2nd floor are up a tricky set of stairs (listing has a picture), so something to watch out for anyone with mobility issues.

This place is fantastic. Extremely clean, nice linens, big kitchen with lots of appliances to use. We especially appreciated the croc pot. Never had one at a rental before and we were happy to use it to have meals ready when we got home. House overall was very comfortable and felt like home. The location is good, close to downtown Tacoma and the highway. The area felt safe, and was very quiet. There is a decent amount of privacy created by plants and fences. Loved the pink roses in the front! Cute fenced in backyard with a little table. I felt confident letting my 7 year old play out there because it was totally fenced in. We had everything we needed and more. Cailyn and Nathan gave clear check in and check out instructions. Check out requests were totally reasonable and easy. Great communication overall. We loved our stay there and would stay again for sure.

I loved this place! The hosts are so kind and very responsive if you need anything! The place felt like home and they provided a lot of extras. They left scones and chocolate out as well as plenty of snacks for our long days and coffee for the morning. It’s a beautiful view and not too far from the town with lots of restaurants and shops. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at Lee’s place, love the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and easy access to other areas of Seattle. Lee was very helpful, I loved that he provided all the extras (even toothbrush if you forget that!). The apartment is very spacious, bed is comfortable, great kitchen with all the amenities you need, bright and clean with space to work if you need to. Parking is very easy, there was a bed and bowls for my dog Oliver. Would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place, only a 15 minute drive to touristy things in downtown Seattle, and got to have a taste of the local community with the great recommendations Tim gave!

Laura is a fantastic host with all the amazing little touches that made me feel right at home. I was in the area to run a marathon and was SO appreciative of a kitchen with some cakes and a TUB to soak in after the race. The home is fantastic and the hobby farm animals are sweeties. She even gave me some bread and crackers to feed them!

Very peaceful. Lovely to hear and see the hummingbirds zooming above the deck. The house is very comfy and cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed. The real keeper was the beautiful view of the water from the deck.

By far, our favorite place to stay in Port Townsend. Debra’s place is spotless, thoughtfully furnished, quiet, private, and in a great location for walking and exploring PT. Debra is responsive and an excellent communicator. We’ll be back!

It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything in the Seattle area without being in the city limits

This was a fantastic stay! It was truly a whole apartment to ourselves with so much space and fun amenities. It was cozy and warm, and the backyard was gorgeous. Its location is wonderful right in the city of Port Angeles and only walking distance to the main Olympic National Park visitor center.

What a gorgeous location and fun cabin!! Our family rented Hal’s cabin for a ski weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. First, Hal was an exceptional host—friendly and helpful at every step of the way, going above and beyond with flexible check-in and helpful communication. The cabin is only a couple minutes drive from the 49 parking lots, so really convenient. The hot tub post-ski was just what the doctor ordered, and our kids also loved the loft with all the games. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, and the gift basket was a thoughtful touch—thank you! Everything was clean and comfortable—we’d definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay at this gem. What a great, authentic BnB style. Loved all of the food provided, Storyville coffee was to die for, and extremely comfortable stay. Would definitely come here again.

Catherine’s place was the perfect place for what we needed it for! It was private, clean, and so cute and welcoming. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy some more of the amenities she provided for us!

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We arrived late after an international flight to find cozy comfy beds, a clean spacious kitchen and a great place to sit down and chat with each other. Not to mention the coffee machine stocked with pods! And the hosts’ incredible friendliness and willingness to make it a great stay for us. We loved exploring the Queen Anne neighborhood and enjoyed an easy walk down to lake union park. The townhouse is tucked away in a nice quiet street and it was easy to get to downtown and also to Ballard for the farmers market. We would totally stay here again!

Jimmy’s place was great—clean, cozy, near Wright Park and good spots for food and drink in Tacoma!

Walter and Joseph are wonderful generous hosts. Their home is quiet and tranquil, nestled within a lush beautiful garden. Staying with them is a true bed and breakfast experience - complete with a delicious homemade breakfast with jam from their garden and a visit with their sweet elderly dogs. Walter and Joseph go out of their way to create a lovely respite experience for their guests that exceeded my expectations. i had a lovely stay in their home.

This was our second time staying at Lori’s place. Lori is an excellent host. Responds quickly to messages. I would highly recommend her place. It is well located, very clean and stocked well for breakfast and also snacks. A nice place to relax and the beds are very comfortable.

Hi, What a beautifully comfortable place this is. I got here after a long day...flight, ferry and drive and did not want to do anything other than have a restful night. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room had everything I needed and then there was a reminder - I am too blessed to be stressed - this has become my motto for the trip :). The bathroom is good with hot water. The breakfast was simple and sufficient and the coffee plenty...which I enjoyed sitting on the outdoor swing looking at the beautiful garden and listening to the birds. It is very close to hywy 101 and for me this was important. This airbnb is a home and from the indoor plants to the books on the shelf to the quotes it is a reminder that you are in the welcoming company of peaceful people.
