We have an open air hot shower, outhouse and a great fire pit and outdoor kitchen which are shared with our tent platform guests. We are just 23 min from I-90 so a great respite for travelers! Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

From the shared patio, sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and look right down the Elwha Valley to the majestic Olympic Mountains with a view of the Elwha River and Mt. Carrie glacier. The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!
