This was a perfect place for our stay in Seattle. The space is nicely appointed and spotless, with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and walkable. Lisa is a perfect host- always helpful and responsive.

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host who provided so many recommendations on where to travel, clear instructions with pictures on entering/exiting and house amenity usage, and even sent me maps on train travel. His abode was very clean, simple, and comfortable. He was responsive and accomodating; I highly recommend him!

The apartment looks on onto the lake and it was very nice to sit out on the patio watching sea planes and boaters. The interior was comfortable, stylish, and very clean. I felt the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy parking right out front. While the apartment is on a busy road, it was not disruptive and it didn't bother us at all during the night. The communication was great and proactive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in the downstairs apartment! Easy check-in/check-out. Very responsive and friendly hosts! We would stay here again, since the location is great!

We loved staying here. It was clean and felt safe and Kelly was great with communication. I was worried about parking on the street but it was free and we could always find a spot that was close. It was also very easy to get our Netflix on the TV.

We loved staying in Allory's beautiful home! I especially appreciated the rule for no shoes as I knew the space would be clean and feel like home. The large windows let in streams of sunlight and had a great view of the mountains. Hope to stay here again soon!

Really enjoyed this Air B n B. Super quiet neighborhood. Great shower, comfortable bed. Pour over coffee was a plus. Will definitely stay again if available next time we visit our son.

Warning - if you stay here, you won’t want to leave! What an absolutely gorgeous house in a fantastic neighborhood! The home was so thoughtfully decorated and put together. The beds were SO comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture! Malcolm was responsive to any questions that came up, and was a delight to talk to. Check in and check out were both super easy. It was such a wonderful stay, we didn’t want to leave! We’d go back in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend enough!

Monica's place was great for a quick stay in Seattle for a concert. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. My sister in law and I felt safe. Bed was really comfortable and had plenty of space for both of us.

I would stay here again. It was really lovely. Very clean and very welcoming and in a great location. When we arrived we walked in to all of the lights on (even in the closets) and the music on. I can't tell you how many times I have been traveling alone and walked into a dark rental. It was really great to walk into a place lit up like this. The place was charming and well equipped and everything worked and the location was amazing. The kitchen was really lovely and the fireplace (and a/c when we needed it) was awesome! I have to say that Michael was the most responsive host I have ever experienced on AirBnB. He was proactive about sending me directions and photos showing me how to locate the place, park, open the door etc. He also sent me great neighborhood and city resources and he just responded to messages lightening fast. Anyway, we loved it and highly recommend it!

The cottage was amazing - our local friends will absolutely be recommending this for future stays. Everything was very clean and organized. The host had great instructions and fast responses. Location was nested in a great neighborhood that was walker-friendly with amazing views of the mountains across the Sound, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Cottage itself was private and the perfect amount of space for us (party of 2). Bed was comfortable - and that’s coming from someone with some back issues. We highly recommend.

Four of us stayed at this beautiful ADU right behind Colette’s house. It’s clean, has stylish decor, great kitchen, bathrooms and comfy beds. The host is responsive and helpful! Everything was perfect and this place made our little getaway even better.

Very clean well appointed studio perfect for 2 people. Close to many different restaurants within easy reach. Able to walk to most city attractions. Easy access & Patricia was very helpful with all questions.

The best place to stay in downtown Seattle! Despite my late night check-in, I think it was about 12:45, Simon, the manager met me at the door and was incredibly congenial and pleasant. It’s such an affordable place! Nice and tidy, beautiful, inner courtyard, lovely to have a washer and dryer in the unit, it was a fantastic day that I highly recommend !

Fantastic space, top tier location, and magnificent communication and support from Alex and Jose. This is an adorable studio apartment, in as desirable of a downtown Seattle location as one could ever ask for. Comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom, and a truly cozy and relaxing space. I was amazed at how quiet and serene it felt in the apartment, while the weekend bar/party scene raged on, down on the street level below. The hosts are very clear about the parking spot being small. I was sadly unable to park my Kia K4 in the space, so if you have anything wider than a Kia sedan, do not plan on fitting into that parking spot. We ended up having to park in a nearby garage, which isn’t a huge deal, but if you are expecting a parking spot with your booking, you’ll want to ensure your car actually fits in the listed dimensions. The check-in sounded like it might be tricky, but Alex and Jose do an exemplary job of explaining the processes, and it went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

The location was within walking distance to good restaurants and popular downtown attractions. The building was safety conscious of tenants, you closed the doors behind you as you walked in. We liked how cozy the apartment was and it was very convenient for us to use the kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast. The host provided toiletries you may have forgotten to pack for yourself. We communicated with Ken and Wallace and they were very responsive to any questions we had. We received a tour of both buildings when we first checked in and we received clear instructions on how to check out. Due to being downtown, it can get a little loud from nightlife. I would wake up occasionally to some loud noises like an ambulance or motorcycle, but I was able to fall back asleep. If you plan to bring a car to use the parking garage, please be sure to test the garage keys with no other tenant cars nearby to ensure you park in the correct garage. Overall, great place and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in Seattle, and this property was excellent for our family of three. Our 7 year old took the couch and we had a grand old time walking around the area and watching the sun set on the water. It was very clean and had great instructions for all areas of the property. We felt safe knowing our car was secured and we were in a great area. Wonderful experience!

Great time at Lyle’s. Great location and Lyle was great as a host. He helped me with space for our bags before check in and then with a (paid) parking spot for my rental. 100% would return

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!
