House vacation rentals in Seattle

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about 6 days and this place was so great! It had absolutely everything we could possibly need and more! Ryan and Lex were extremely amazing hosts, so responsive and accommodating. The beds were very very comfortable and the place was also really clean! Street parking was plentiful and we never struggled to find any. We reached out prior to our stay asking if they had any bear spray as we were planning on hiking and they bought some for us to use and keep there after our stay for future guests. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle and would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

Was very beautiful , peaceful, and felt right at home. Lily was really good at making sure we had all we needed and made sure we knew she was there if we needed anything.

This was a very beautiful, out of the way house surrounded by a very quiet friendly community! Very nice weekend we got to enjoy out on a beautiful lake! Everyone was outside enjoying the weather and water and having a great time!

The house is roomy and spacious. Lots of different places to gather and hang out. It's pretty remote, I would suggest bringing food on arrival as the closest store is 20 minute drive. You can't beat the views as it might be the most special part of the house. Perfect place to relax and recharge.

I wish I could give Michael more than 5 stars! He was the perfect host. So friendly, helpful, and kind. Super responsive and great communication overall. The house was wonderful! Free and private parking in back, walkable neighborhood, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!! Everything was amazing!!

We’ve all read glowing reviews that don’t turn out to be true…this is NOT that! We loved staying here!! The pictures and descriptions match the actual property. The host is very communicative, informative, and friendly. We enjoyed the backyard, fishing, the kayaks, the fire pit…gorgeous area and so peaceful! If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful location to stay with family! The Sound and Mt Rainier views were stunning. A rocky beach was just a short walk down the road from the house with an amazing array of driftwood. We were able to explore part of the Olympic National Forest, a botanical garden, and light house visit. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The contemporary style home had beautiful wood/stone/tile/brick features. We spotted seals from the lookout deck near the edge of the bluff as well as bald eagles and some herons. A very restful experience giving us time to reconnect as a family. We appreciate Justin and Lauren letting us stay at their home/sanctuary.

Location, location, location! We enjoyed our time right at the lake with the kayaks and SUPs provided. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the fantastic views!

Was a great little retreat. Ballard is a lovely area, & you can walk to great coffee & good food from here. And then the hot tub was really a treat!

We went to Seattle with our kids and grand kids for our 50th anniversary. I have only rented one other house online, so i was a little apprehensive. The neighborhood was more eclectic then i expected but it added to the charm. The house was exactly as described. It was decorated very nicely and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. I still havent figured out the ideal location to stay in Seattle as far as convenience because it is so broken up. This was close to the ferry , so it was perfect. Thanks Melissa for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time back to Jeff’s place - I came once with my girlfriends and had to come back with my family for a weekend staycation. The family was just as charmed as me - couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful, peaceful views and how comfy everything was. We had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. It was exactly what we needed after a stressful week and we will definitely be back!

This was the perfect little getaway for our family. Between the lake, the boats, the hot tub and the fire pit, the kids and the adults were entertained alike. We made some wonderful memories and would definitely go back again.

Whoa! We loved our stay. The best curated and themed place we’ve stayed at. Loved the color palate, about of space, the art work, the privacy of the driveway and backyard, the hot tub, and the speakeasy!! The arcade and board games were fun too! No need to watch TV, when you can spend quality time together :) Crystal was awesome at communication and exceeded our expectations! Book this place now!

Stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it! The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There’s a cool little loft you can climb up into with a comfy bed. The location is great, just a short walk to the Burke Gilman Trail, Fred Meyer, and close to restaurants and bars in Ballard. Parking was easy too. Would absolutely stay again.

My wife and I celebrated our 49th anniversary…and spent a week there. It was the BEST! The home, the view , the beach, the owners of the place…the beds…everything! I would recommend it to anyone wanting a little getaway…it is very quiet…and walking the beach is a marvelous experience! Anyone who goes will not be disappointed!

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Fantastic property in on a quiet street, yet close to all the shops, cafes and attractions in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Codi is a terrific host and always responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Great host, beautiful home close to everything. Swam at the lake and walked to the park. Only took 12min to get to downtown convention center. The house was so beautiful. The shower was lovely and large tubs! Adorable backyard retreat.

We were in Seattle to attend a graduation and found the location excellent. Accessible for my elderly parents…Very peaceful next to green space and walkable to Discovery Park..which is incredible for nature walking and bird watching..Lisa was very responsive to requests for extra toiletry items but the unit was also well stocked..Staying here made our trip to Seattle as we enjoyed having the extra space..we also made good use of the well stocked kitchen .. thanks

Wonderful place and location. Great view and features to enjoy indoors and outside. It was well prepared, and expectations/instructions were clear.

We've stayed at Rob's place several times and love it. It's easy access parking at the back of the house. We enter through the kitchen, then dining and then 2 bedrooms and small living area at front of house. The kitchen is very well stocked. I love his decor, books, magazines, games. It's perfect for 2-4 people. We're staying there several more times this summer. Thanks Rob!
