'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Modern Oasis in Ballard. New cottage w/ 1.5 baths

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.
