Beach house vacation rentals in Scarborough State Beach

Highly recommend Wendy's place! The location is amazing, and Wendy has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The space is artfully decorated with fun touches everywhere. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we also took advantage of the local recommendations to enjoy some fabulous restaurants. We especially appreciated all the high-quality beach gear - there were plenty of towels, chairs, bags, blankets, and coolers for us to use. We'd love to stay at Wendy's again!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Great home walking distance to most places. Quiet community right near water. The home was very clean and comfortable.

Melanie’s house is the perfect vacation house. As soon as you walk in you will be impressed. Beautiful beach decor, clean and well stocked with pretty much anything and everything you could ever need. The view from the top floor balcony is unbelievable!!! We stayed with my in-laws and our older son with his girlfriend for our younger ones URI graduation weekend and we will never forget the 5 days we spent there. We hope to come back soon!!!

John was very responsive and cooperative. The location of John’s home is in a serene and amazing location; on a quiet cove that at overlooks Narragansett Bay.

I’m so happy we decided to make our family vacation in North Kingston! We wanted a serene and tranquil location on the water and boy did this location did not miss! A beautiful home that sits right on the water and the views are just stunning. We stayed for almost a week and we wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! The house is super clean with everything you need to make it your vacation home. An outdoor grill with a refrigerator which made cooking outside so much fun. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. The views from the inside of the home to the view of the harbor was beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here! With Newport only being 20 mins away and the little village they have nearby, definitely lots of places to eat and shop. 10 out of 10! Sarah was attentive and very helpful before and throughout our stay here! What a helpful host, book your stay here you will not regret!

Wonderful weekend stay at Kathleen’s oceanfront cottage. Charming neighborhood makes you consider moving to Newport if you could afford it! Loved our stay and would love to return in the future. Kathleen is a superb and welcoming host.

Mehdi is an attentive and courteous host and this was such a cute apartment! There are thoughtfully curated touches in all rooms, but the rooftop deck was our favorite for morning tea and evening cocktails.!

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent two nights on a girls trip. Place was easy to get to. Get little area with plenty to do...

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

A great place to stay! If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in Newport I would suggest something a little closer, as Ubers were very expensive. But it was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

We had such a memorable weekend! There were 10 of us- 3 being small children - and it never felt like we were on top of each other or bumping into each other. Which, was the reason for selecting this host home to begin with. We loved that everyone had their own bedroom with a queen bed, especially the two youngest girls that shared "their own room"!! :) This house was well stocked when it came to meal prep - they had everything we needed. We loved the outside arrangement but unfortunately the weather prevented us from taking full advantage :( Walking in-between rain bursts, we found that this is a great neighborhood for an evening or early morning stroll with a playground not to far from the house in one direction and a short walk to Scarborough beach in the other direction. There are stores, coffee shops and sights to take in with-in a short drive. Very convenient! What's not to love about Narragansett!!! To Kyle and Robert who were very attentive and caring hosts - Thank you!

We were in town for URI orientation. We visited Newport (which is super close) and went back and forth to campus. The house was perfect, extremely clean and location can’t be beat!

Kerrie and Mark were perfect hosts. Gorgeous location, walk to beach and house was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The dock was fun for the kids. Pond is very shallow and our young kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to book again next year.

Bill , Is a super host, Always responsive and Place is as advertised. I have stayed at Bills Place several times over the Years always same great service. Location is almost Perfect (Not an Ocean View) but only a few minutes walk to Beach Front. Certainly a 5 Star home with 5 bedrooms and good size back Yard and deck. Shawn. 2025.
