If you're looking for a place that is truly walking distance to the beach look no further- we're 1 block from the sand. Home is located on the end of a dead end street with no through traffic & located in a lovely, quiet and very fun & friendly neighborhood. Experience amazing ocean views from the front yard!

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

This property is just a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach but also close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and the Block Island Ferry. This house has everything you need for the perfect beach stay!

Completely renovated throughout with hardwood floors, new kitchen and tile baths. Two separate living areas, each with cable and smart tv's, gives plenty of room for large groups to spread out! New deck with patio set overlooks fenced-in yard for backyard games and BBQ's as well as a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!
