WOW sums it up! Our family was just blown away with the villa and the beautiful view. We are a family of 17......9 grandkids, parents and Grammy/ Gramps. The place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Stephen was there to show us around and the ladies had cold drinks for us on arrival. I really can't say enough about the place. Yesenia and Yeneri made a beautiful tasty breakfast for us each morning. 4 of us are celiacs and they were very careful to provide us with what we could eat. Esteban was wonderful and was around to help with anything we needed. He showed us different things around the property, turned on the hot tub when needed and took us on a hike to the waterfall and river. He was great with the kids showing them butterflies and such and played toucan sounds on the stereo to attract the toucans. Sophia and Caleb did great jobs as well The rooms were perfect with amazing views and the garden house was great. Thanks from all of us......amazing memories!❤️

Really beautiful place to stay and so easy to get to. Martin and Lorena were both really great. Would love to come back and stay here again. Kids both loved the pool.

This home is incredible. It is absolutely worth the trip. We were looking for something in mid or southern pacific coast, ultimately decided on uvita for a less touristy vibe but still close to lots of activities. It was the right choice. The home is beautiful and so inviting. Licho and his wife are incredible hosts. We had them cook almost every meal. Everything was delicious! It was very appreciated because we were so tired at the end of each day! There is a waterfall 5 minutes away with great jumping platforms. There are delicious restaurants near by, and the beach was about 7 minute drive. There was tons of wildfire in the backyard, with plenty of visits from monkeys. We hooked everything through Licho including our tours, rental car, and ride to and from SJO. You can do great excursions from town which is a 5 minute drive. If we’re ever back in Costa Rica we would absolutely stay here again!

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the place!!! It is up a mountain and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Uvita and everything you need! It feels like your own little piece of paradise surrounded by wild life and lots of beautiful plants. We saw a monkey in the tree upon arrival. The river is so close that you can hear it and it’s super peaceful!! Very beautiful water falls near by, the national park, and the beach!!! I will say I don’t know if we would’ve made it up the mountain and to the resort without a 4x4! Also, I must note that the upstairs and downstairs unit are separate. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. So, if you’re like me and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you do have to go outside and downstairs to use the bathroom!!! But it was really no problem. Incredible place for the price! Highly recommend 😌

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

I really nice well equipped jungle house with a nice working hot tub. Very interesting and unique experience I would recommend it.

Die ganze Unterkunft war super, wir hatten genügend Platz, konnten uns super beim Pool ausruhen, kochen und die Zeit geniessen. Wir konnten unkompliziert noch zwei weitere Nächte auf Anfrage hin dort verbringen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Laurent’s Airbnb was in a great location and perfect for our family of 9 who was visiting Costa Rica for a family wedding! The walk-ability to nearby restaurants and shopping was a plus! We did walk to the beach but took a taxi back as it was a bit hilly to walk back! Beautiful views, lots of space for all of us and Laurent helped us with transportation to and from the airport. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the pool was refreshing! Thx, Laurent, for allowing us to vacation at your home!

This place is absolutely incredible. My wife and I went for a long weekend for our 2nd anniversary and this bnb was the perfect location for just that. It’s secluded, peaceful, and the open air kitchen brings a fun jungle vibe to your stay. My favorite part of the house was the terrace and that beautiful view that comes with. AC in the bedrooms kept us nice and cool at night. And from reading other reviews I was a little worried about the drive up, but it’s not that bad get a 4X4 vehicle and send it! Big shout out to Loren for meeting us later than expected when we first arrived, that guy is a legend! The only recommendation I have is to stay as long as you possibly can!!!!

Caro + Iñi’s place was a great spot, in walkable distance to many great restaurants in Manuel Antonio! They were very helpful, giving great recommendations of local things to do! They went out of their way to make reservations for a birthday boat tour for me and referred me to an incredible surf instructor for surf lessons. They made my visit comfortable and fun!

A great place to stay. Location it's a luxury in Manuel Antonio and if you choose right you might find a place like this. This place was close to the beach as to Quepos town. Wich was very convenient for us a family of 4. The surroundings where on point, with amenities like the swimming pool and a comfy entrance. Just the right space with an open kitchen. Looking forward to come back in the future.

The listing is very clear, this is an open air house. If you’re not okay with a few bugs in the house, iguanas on the porch, frogs on the walkway, and having howler monkeys as an alarm clock then this place isn’t for you. For us- it was a little piece of Heaven. It’s a short walk to the beach and filled with flora, fauna, birds, and lizards. In other words, magical. I only wish we could have spent a few extra days here and brought gifts for the care takers. Hands down, my favorite Airbnb ever!

April and her place are AMAZING. We had the best experience in her jungalow. April helped us a lot preparing our stay and during the stay itself. She was VERY accommodating with our every request. She cooked tasty vegetarian meals every night for us and made sure she would let us know when jungle animals (monkeys, birds etc...) could be spotted around the property. We stayed 4 nights with two boys age 3 and 5 and they loved it too. Top place and host for whoever wants something off the beaten path, authentic and comfortable. The trail to get there is a little rough with steep parts but we thought it added to the charm of the place bringing additional “adventure” feel the the experience.

Absolutely loved this place! We had a friend trip of 4 and this was perfect. Super secluded. It felt like a mico-White Lotus without the deaths. Charlie, the property manager, was super helpful and very responsive. I would 100% recommend this place. A gem!

Andrea was very gracious and hospitable to my family and I. The place is a typical Costa Rican home with great spaces for hanging out and enjoying time together. It is very close to Manual Antonio and all it has to offer.

Great location! The Property keepers Jefferson and his mom were wonderful and kind! super sweet and always helpful. amazing fish tacos, recommend having them cook for you one night. soo good!! gorgeous property and so very enjoyable. felt it was prime location for things addy los suenos adventure park, Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Quepos. Right in the middle with a relaxing place to go back to.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The landscaping and scenery were beautiful. Jeff and Nando were friendly and so helpful with great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We used the pool daily and sometimes at night. It was so refreshing after the heat of the day. The 3 building concept was unique and very liveable.

Casa de Paz was absolutely perfect for our family vacations. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature and extremely comfortable for a big group. Staff at Portasol were always super responsive and easy to communicate. They helped us book a couple of activities with local companies and solved any minor issue that we needed immediately. I would highly recommend this house if you want to be in a quiet and quite secluded place, with private security.

If you are looking at too many Airbnb reviews and not sure which to book, make it easy and book this one! Gorgeous balconies and pools, daily monkey visits, toucans and scarlet macaws galore, and a stunning open concept house with lots of space. Clean, easy check-in and out, and close to everything you could want in town. If you need a lot of privacy in the Airbnb, do know that the upper bedroom is lofted and one of the lower bedrooms must be passed through to access the main stairwell and exit. This should not stop you from booking - just be aware! Jean was a delight and we hope to return one day.

Vivi and Jorge were wonderful at making sure that we had everything we needed. Midweek, they came through to exchange towels and take out the trash. The location at the beach was so beautiful. We were able to swim in the ocean every day when the tide was low we were able to walk into town, there were trinkets to buy and great restaurants in Dominical. There were beautiful birds around the place, and it was very easy for us to go both north and south along the coast with a rented car. I can’t wait to come back!

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

we absolutely loved our stay. the pool was perfect for quick dips to cool off throughout the day. Great to be right in the heart of town and all the restaurants. we would definitely stay here again if returning to dominical.

This home is absolutely magical! Perched atop a mountain, it offers sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and the iconic Whale’s Tail beach—truly one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Surrounded by treetops, we were treated to daily visits from howler monkeys, toucans, and other vibrant bird species, making the experience feel like a luxury treehouse retreat. The house itself is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The negative edge pool is a showstopper—floating there while taking in the endless ocean view was unforgettable. What truly sets this property apart is the host. Incredibly helpful and attentive, he provided concierge-level service, arranging our transportation to and from the airport, a rental car delivered right to the house, and even a private chef who cooked us some amazing meals. We could not have asked for more a better experience.
