The space has everything you need to stay throughout your stay, a central but not noisy location, the calm and tranquility so close to the highway is surprising. Supermarkets, bakeries, banks, and restaurants less than a 5-minute drive and a 10-minute walk away. The house is very bright and spacious, the hammocks in the pool are a great plus! We'll probably come back!

The house is very comfortable, fully equipped and very well designed so that each family member has their own space!

My only complaint about Angela’s home is that I had to leave. The description doesn’t do it justice. It’s perfect. The home itself is beautiful, well-stocked, and very clean. The attached casita was perfect for our friends to rent when they wanted to visit. The outdoor space is unreal - two pools, an observation deck, grill and cooking area, dining tables, and even a bed for relaxing outside. Then you take a short walk down the hill to your own private river access. Just down the river is a swimming hole that kept my kids busy for hours. If that’s not enough, you’re a short 7-minute drive from Playa Ventanas, and 15 minutes from Uvita which has all the stores and restaurants you need. Angela was always super responsive, and her property manager, Mark, was incredibly helpful while we were here. We always had everything we needed. We’re already discussing how we rent this home again for even longer next year. Don’t look anywhere else!

We needed a place for our large mixed group of family and friends who were here for a wedding and this place was perfect. Ample room for everyone, safely gated, a pool to keep the kids busy and large common area for everyone to convene. There are others living nearby but they are quiet and we’re always very helpful whenever we needed. You’ll want to have a car while here so you can quickly and easily jaunt into the city centre or take a short trip to Dominical (about 35 minutes). Would happily return! Great place.

The house was 5 stars! Well equipped, beautiful views, we saw monkeys, birds, crabs. Loved the shower and bathroom windows view to the jungle. Forest was a great host and answered all of our questions.

We had such an incredible stay at casa blanco in hatillo. It way the perfect home away from home. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We traveled with 3 kids. 8yrs, 5yrs, and 8 months. They provided us with a crib and a high chair for the baby at no extra cost. The pool was the perfect size for our kids to play in and felt safe. The house is very secluded and felt super safe. We loved the town. We liked walking down the hill to the mini mart and getting pizza at pizza surf time. The kitchen also has AC which we weren’t expecting but we were happy to have it. The house is just a short drive to Dominical. It was a perfect stay and I highly recommend!

First time my wife and I stayed here. Our son lives very close. This area is very clean and safe. It is close to bus route and a small store is a few minutes away. Area is quiet at night , with few barking dogs. We would stay again.

Loved this house, perfect for a group, the views are immaculate, will definitely recommend !

This place is more breathtaking in person than in the pictures it’s absolutely stunning! We visited with our 3&1 yr old, and we had an amazing time enjoying the pool and exploring the jungle trails(bring bug spray for the trails, but no bugs by the pool). We saw alot of monkeys and birds. The groundskeeper was so kind and even brought us fresh coconuts to drink. The landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. The host gave us a personal tour of the house when we arrived, making us feel welcome. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our 1yr old(who still naps)it stayed cool and dark. There was even a crib for him. The hammocks were fun for both the kids and adults we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the jungle views. At night, the accent lighting around the house created such a cozy and relaxing vibe. We had a 2WD car, and it did great in low getting up the driveway, even 6 people and our luggage. Pay attention to the landmarks when finding the place, as it’s easy to miss.

Peaceful, serene, beautiful....just a few words to describe the setting! Amazing wildlife as well...all from your balcony or while lounging by the pool! Hospitable, friendly and helpful....a few words to describe Cory and Allison. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as described upon our arrival – very cozy and well equipped. I would like to highlight the pool, which was cleaned daily and was always in excellent condition – a real oasis of well-being. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful and always available. He always responded to our questions promptly and with a lot of care. From the beginning, you felt welcome and well looked after. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

It’s only been 5 hours since we left and we miss our casita already. Colin and Stephanie are great hosts and very nice people. We quickly felt right at home and our 1 month stay went too quickly. We loved the neighborhood, great for a challenging walks when we wanted extra exercise. Groceries close by, great restaurants and we loved the variety of beaches with in 20 minutes. Colin’s chickens provided us with the best eggs, we really appreciated that! We would love to return and look forward to enjoying the new pool and casita’s that will be completed soon.

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!
