The property and the surroundings were just beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and were able to relax wonderfully. It was definitely a place where we all felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

Everything was perfect and as described. Friendly and hassle-free host! I sincerely recommend!

We were with Maria over Easter and had a wonderful time. Everything was super prepared. The place was beautiful, clean and really well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The highlight was swimming in the hot tub with the mountains in the background♡. Thank you for everything and all the best!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

It was really nice, everything was clean and the house was filled with everything we needed to cook.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

The place was clean and cozy, nothing was missing. Nice hosts and especially we would like to mention that the heaters were already turned up when we arrived and we arrived in a warm house, which was very pleasant! We were also able to be relaxed with our dogs as the property is completely fenced. Highly recommended!

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! Tobias' house is very special. You can still read and feel the old farmhouse. We loved that the house is still in the process and not everything has been turned into a vacation home beyond recognition. It was perfect for us as a group of 8 people, we were with our young, partly adult children and their friends. The bathrooms are great, there are three toilets, we liked sitting in the Engadine parlor in the evening and playing games, reading, looking out the window. Tschlin is a quiet, very beautiful village with very friendly people, we always had nice conversations with the owner of the Butia (small grocery store), we ate at the Ustaria Tschlin (extremely good food!) and enjoyed walks through the village and the hike above the village after skiing. Tobias was a pleasant host, always available and helpful, thanks Tobias!

We rented both apartments for a family weekend with 8 people and had a great time, enjoyed the very well and stylishly furnished apartment, which also offers enough space for rainy days

We stayed with three generations 22 people plus dog in the farmhouse and felt very comfortable. The children could play great on the large meadow under the house with the deer, while we adults had everything in view from the terrace over coffee. The house was Easter and lovingly decorated by Isabell. It was very clean and each of us found his/ her place. We had small cooking teams that the kitchen was big enough for. Storage space for all groceries offered two large refrigerators plus ice compartments as well as the shelves in the hallway. For the children, the bed storage offered an enormous gaudi. When using the bathroom, we formed groups, so that no major traffic jams were formed here either. We met Isabell in person on the day of arrival and she provided us with many leisure tips and was also available to us at any time. It was perfect for us, there was nothing missing and we hope to come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Wonderful house with all amenities needed. Near to the main street of Scuol and to restaurants as well as grocery shopping. Would come again!
