Haus Sautens: beautiful view & garden Ötztal/Tirol

Haus Sautens is a charming chalet with a stunning view in a little and quiet village, Sautens/Oetztal. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

The Blockhittle vacation home is characterized by its incredible quality of living. The wood, the modern furnishings and the high-quality amenities are lovingly matched. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m.
