Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Sie sind AKTIV und UNTERNEHMUNGSLUSTIG? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Egal ob beim Skifahren, Rodeln, Skitouren gehen oder Schneeschuhwandern - bei uns im Ötztal ist für jeden was dabei. Der Piburgersee lädt zum Eislaufen ein, der Stuibenfall mit seinen über 700 Stufen lässt sie staunen und das Ötzi Dorf gibt Einblicke in eine längst vergangene Zeit. Entspannung und Ruhe findet man im Aqua Dome. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Haus Sautens is a charming chalet with a stunning view in a little and quiet village, Sautens/Oetztal. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
