Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The large apartment at the beginning of the Ötztales can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. The tiled stove in the large living room provides a unique feeling of well-being. Bath/toilet separate. The large terrace invites you to relax. Two free parking spaces are available. It is a 5-minute drive to the center of Ötz and the Hochötz ski resort, and about 30 minutes to Sölden. Pets allowed, additional cost per pet per day: 10 euros

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.
