Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, everything was as described. The baby supplies were very helpful. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because the weather was unpredictable but it still allowed us to discover the surroundings and there is plenty to do. Pleasant stay. House close to the center of the Castle (walking distance). Spacious house with lots of things available and flexibility on schedules for very pleasant checkout. Everything was very good. Only downside, the cleaning was not great everywhere but nothing serious. We still recommend it because we had a good time with friends.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little interest from the terrace, adjoining on each side...

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment
