This little house is charming with a nice terrace. The environment is very quiet and it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the birdsong. Laurence and François are very warm, very welcoming and gave us valuable advice to discover the best of Ile d'Oleron. Our stay was so pleasant that we will come back next year.

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. The accommodation was perfectly maintained, pleasant and very well-equipped. We enjoyed its location between Saintes and Cognac. Thanks to Stéphanie for hosting.

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it's rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and toilet with a small sink. We would be happy to come back if our path passes through there. Thank you for hosting us, Aurore, Sven, Mia and Noa.

Great stay with family. Olivier was able to respond to our many requests and was very responsive. I recommend the rental especially for vacationers with children. Ours enjoyed the animals, the many toys, the amenities provided as well as the beach near the accommodation.

Excellent accommodation very close to the centre of Royan and several beaches. The house had everything we needed and a great garden with a BBQ. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was really perfect, as advertised and well worth the price. Very well located, a short walk to the Nonnes beach, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a lovely seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various neighborhoods are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is within a five-minute walk. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very nice. Chez Lucie, a great place to stay in Royan!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

We had a great time in this pleasant, clean and very well maintained apartment. When we arrived, the accommodation was perfectly clean, well ventilated and it smelled very good. The place is easy to access, secure and easy to find. The location is ideal, with many activities nearby: beach, zoo, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small downside: the environment can sometimes be a little noisy depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and good location!

We had a great time in this very well arranged and tastefully decorated little apartment. It is located in a very quiet area, close to Soulac-sur-Mer, and has a great location. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, a real plus ☀️ Another very appreciable bonus: the provision of two bicycles, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings without using the car, which remained parked for two days. A perfect stay, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive to ensure that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I would highly recommend it. Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We rented Vandy's apartment for the weekend. It was perfect. The instructions were clear and detailed, making it easy to find the access point. The apartment was large and functional, close to everything. A private parking space is really a significant plus. We'll be back for a future stay for sure

A luxury studio in such a beautiful building, with a fantastic garden where many birds sing. We had good weather, wonderful outside, watched Saintes but even more relaxing in the garden. Excellent
