Excellent accommodation, quiet and as described, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the lack of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great time in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

An incredible and very beautiful building with a history, ultra cozy apartment very well equipped with an exceptional and rare terrace of this size, the Pontaillac neighborhood is the prettiest and chicest in Royan.

Magali's place is as described: view and access to the sea a stone's throw away, quiet place, everything can be done on foot. very well decorated with taste. Excellent interaction with Magali.. spent week with our 8 year old daughter and our 2 and a half year old boy.. the location was ideal (small shops, fairgrounds, restaurants, market) we'll happily return to Magali's place

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with family in Les Pargaux. The accommodation is designed to make you feel instantly at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The nearby 🎾 court is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Médoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely attentive and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate touches from the moment we arrived, testifies to a real passion for the place and the well-being of travelers. In summary: a memorable and rejuvenating stay. Julien is an exceptionally welcoming host. Her place is atypical and original. Equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi, it was a really relaxing moment more than welcome on our journey. Keep in mind the low ceiling height of the sleeping area. This can be a problem for people with back pain, for example. It didn't bother us and it was noted in the listing. I would gladly recommend Julien's place!

Emilie and Nicolas offer excellent quality service. Did not hesitate to make a commercial gesture due to a hazard. I highly recommend it, their accommodation is decorated with care, a timeless place of mineral inspiration. And what can I say about the spa area, which is bucolic to perfection. We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, renovated with great taste. The interior is comfortable, well thought out, and carefully decorated. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from downtown and the citadel, allowing you to fully enjoy the visit without taking the car. The welcome was warm and everything was perfectly clean upon arrival. A place we would definitely recommend!
