this place was easy to find and very quiet!!!!! we loved all the natural sun light!!!! we felt at home and the coffee provided was amazing!!!! Kira and Gryphon were wonderful host... and Lou was adorable!! look forward to staying there next time we are in town.

This is a cute little place in a nice location in Morro Bay. It's very walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is easy. A few things to note- the bedroom with one queen bed is quite small so the door did not close because the bed was blocking it. The $145 cleaning fee is also very high, especially if you only stay one night.

We had a great time staying at Colin & Teriza's place. The apartment was well-stocked, clean, quiet, in a convenient walkable location, and had great views!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Cottage. The cottage was just what we needed and we appreciated the fact that we were able to have our dog. That meant so much to us. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I felt right at home. The gardens on the property were out of this world! We enjoyed walking around them so much and everything was meticulous. Our host Harvey was amazing! He was so friendly and welcoming! He gave us so much information about the property which we appreciated. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area and history of Lompoc. Overall, our stay was great and we would highly recommend and love to return!

I just had the best stay at an Airbnb with my two teenage granddaughters, and my highest priority is their safety. I can't say enough good things about how safe and clean it was! Right from the start, I felt comfortable with all the safety measures in place. Knowing my granddaughters would be safe gave me peace of mind from the moment I walked in, and I'm sure it will do the same for you. And let me tell you, the place was spotless! The host puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and welcoming. I appreciated fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a vibe instantly made you feel at home. Plenty of sanitation supplies were around, making me feel even better. Even my granddaughters love this place. If you're looking for a cozy spot that's safe and clean, I highly recommend this Airbnb! Great location and grounds. Clean and bright. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all work great. Plenty of supplies like soap and TP. Cooper was great and really helpful. There weren't coffee filters but the Vons is close. (The Vons was out of basket coffee filters so prolly helps to bring some and also bring some plastic utensils) Not quite enough hand towels for fastidious types but paper towels were available and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't this trip and the pillows are quite tall and firm so it was not comfortable for me. Nice to have closet space and drawer space. Really a nice place. Heater works swell. Fridge is spacious. Turns out a relative lives down the street so I can honestly say there are great neighbors. There is a wonderful park with a great playground five minutes away. Check-in and out was easy and fast. The outdoor space is wonderful. Really close to a perfect stay.

Had an amazing stay! Perfect for a spring break trip with friends. The house was beautiful, with clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Mike was super responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

This was such a rare find for us. We’re regulars at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival, and it was amazing to be just a few steps away from the festival, the pier, the beach, and perhaps most of all, Giuseppe’s! My 90+-year-old in-laws were very comfortable, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. Superb!

The condo and location is beautiful. A lot to do and see. From sitting on the patio eating breakfast and watching the waves, to walking the beach and boardwalk. The description was spot-on. Olivia provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We tried several on her list and all were excellent. Most were within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and Olivia communicated the process clearly. Overall, this is a great getaway location that is clean, beautiful, and stress free experience. We plan on coming back again.

Great place for family vacation at the beach - walk a block and you’re on the sand. Walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, souvenir shops, arcade for the kids. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Wholeheartedly recommend.

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. The place is exactly as described. It is very close to little cafes and shops. It was beautiful to sit outside and watch and listen to the waves. Even though below the balcony is a parking lot, the noise was minimal. We had a great stay! We would stay there again.

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!

The location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do, beach, pier and restaurants. Home was comfortable and clean. Definitely would come back next time.
