We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.
