Mansion vacation rentals in Santa Maria

Our family from Massachusetts, Northern CA, Central CA and Arroyo Grande were able to have an awesome family reunion, enjoy Easter and 3 birthdays at your beautiful home. Perfect size, very clean, plenty of room, fun game room, kids toys, relaxing outside patios and cozy spa. Very welcoming environment. We will be back. Thank you so much!

This was by far the nicest place our family has ever stayed. The home was beyond beautiful inside and out. The interior design was perfect with every detail! We brought our small dog and the backyard was safe and enclosed. We live on our family ranch and we felt so at home with the mares and foals right outside our windows of the home. Our family came to SLO to watch our youngest daughter rope for Cal Poly at Poly Royal. The location of the house was perfect going back and forth to the school.

This house is great for a vacation with the family. Very spacious, and just a short walk to the beach!

The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

You will not be disappointed. Great location and quiet.

Great place for a family gathering amongst beautiful rolling hills with privacy and plenty of space

My friends and I booked Chrystine's place for a girls weekend and we all agree we want to visit SYV and stay with Chrystine again. She was the perfect host! The location was lovely on a quiet cul de sac, but also walkable to the main street in town. The property was perfect for us, with comfortable bedrooms, a great living room for hanging out, and a top notch coffee station (which is always VERY important). Don't hesitate to book with Chrystine, you'll love the place!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The property was spotless, well-kept, and equipped with excellent amenities that made our visit both comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly cozy, and the overall ambiance made us feel right at home. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The property was perfect for our weekend with our family. The house was warm and inviting. The living room, dining room and kitchen made perfect gathering areas, and the outdoor spaces were comfortable and bright. The location is central to wineries, restaurants, and local venues. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and book another stay in the future.

Bethany's place is extremely comfortable, clean, and the kitchen has everything you could need for a large group trip. Bethany was extremely responsive when we had questions. Great place to stay and on a quite street.

The 8 Mile House was a wonderful respite from the heat and hustle and bustle for our family. While the pictures are beautiful, they don't do the property justice. We especially enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen which gave us plenty of room to spread out and converse while enjoying food and drink. The property owner had thought of many extras, including paper towel, dish soap, tin-foil, and even a generous amount of coffee. There were many dishes, plenty of wine glasses, and the knives were even sharp (we had brought our own just in case)! Other amenities were better than described (not pictured in the Airbnb photos is that there is now a gas BBQ as well as charcoal grill and fire pit). We also appreciated the very well laid out instructions on the wall, which included ideas for attractions/restaurants in the area. The porch was a favorite for our family to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. Overall, we were extremely impressed and hopefully we’ll return soon.

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!

Great stay at this beautiful home! The place was spacious and accommodating for our large group. King beds were perfect and comfortable to sleep in. The surrounding area is beautiful with rolling green hills and blooming flowers. The team was very responsive and got us what we needed within minutes. Kitchen is well stocked and we also loved the backyard (fire pit, games, and outdoor eating/grilling area). Would definitely return to stay in this beautiful home. Thanks again for hosting us!

We didn’t want our stay to end. The house is spacious and welcoming. Views are incredible, photos do not do it justice. Wake up to deer prancing around, absolutely beautiful. Pool was clean and warm. Can’t wait to return one day!

Great place with lots to do- kids loved the HEATED pool and hot tub, lots of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Check out was easy which might have been my favorite thing.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to get away from the crazy city life. Plenty of room, comfortable, and the backyard was its own little oasis.

We loved our stay here. The host was wonderful and answered all of our questions when we were unsure what to expect with little kids. It was the perfect space with or without kids!! We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again. Everything was top of the line! Very cozy stay, and having a view of horses just made it top notch! Will book again, we can’t wait.

Very good home....very thoughtful about family's pasttimes .we were 4 families and kids to adult of all ages, everyone had something to play about. Only thing is flow of water was next to minimal In bathrooms of first floor.
