The kitchen is fully equipped such as a microwave, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room, you can enjoy satellite TV and take advantage of air conditioning.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

In Vilanova i la Geltrú we have kilometers of beaches, a center full of shops and with all the services, museums, good national and international gastronomy, and also nature.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops...
