Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Our apartment is unique: It is fully equipped so you won't need to bring anything except your personal belongings and the desire to enjoy the city. With its capacity, it can accommodate 6 people, but we have three other apartments in the building. There is an option to install a crib and a high chair. It is fully equipped for the utmost convenience. It has dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, (including a 'Nespresso' coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle). Both bathrooms have bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, hand soap, and shampoo. It also has an iron and ironing board. The apartment has a lockbox for the guests who need it. For customers who request it, we offer access to a printer. The apartment has free internet access. It has a TV with Android smart TV to play music, movies, or access the programming of any television channel or radio broadcasting online.

You can enjoy the outdoor space for relaxing as well as the pool for private use during your stay. (But there is a little exterior visibility.) Free parking inside the estate. The property is located 15 minutes from Barcelona and a few kilometers from beaches and other attractions.
