The property is located just outside the city center, but is easily accessible by public transportation. Within about seven minutes' walk you can reach several stops, from which you can easily get to different parts of the city. The direct train connection to and from the airport is particularly practical – ideal for an uncomplicated arrival and departure. A special plus was that we were able to go directly to the apartment on the day of arrival in the morning after our arrival – and not only as usual from 3 pm. This was really very pleasant after an early arrival and shows how flexible and accommodating the hosts are. Penelope and Gabriel are extremely friendly and helpful. The contact went smoothly, and questions or concerns were always responded to quickly and warmly. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. They do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible – with success!

José is really nice, communicates easily and responds quickly. The apartment is as described. We had a lovely stay in Barcelona; although José's apartment is located far from the city center of Barcelona, it is very nice as it is located in a peaceful area. It is important to note that the apartment is well located as many buses make it possible to get to Barcelona in 45 minutes.

The apartment is very comfortable, everything is very clean and new. Everything worked perfectly and everything was very modern. We were 5 adults and we were all very happy. The area is nothing special, but you can find a supermarket and cafes nearby. For everything else, you have to go outside that area. The subway is about a 5-minute walk. Andrés was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and he also gave us a bottle of very good red wine. I highly recommend this apartment for stays in Barcelona

Getting around is very convenient!The host was very welcoming, just the sound insulation was poor!

We stayed at Theo's place for 7 nights. The flat was very clean and there was everything we needed for the stay. Theo was a great host, very helpful and communicative. He gave us some great recommendations for places to eat, both locally and more central. He was very friendly, was quick to reply to messages and provide us with whatever we needed. The apartment is in a good location, quiet neighbourhood but still well connected. Overall we had a great stay!

Great stay in Barcelona. We came with a one year child and we found everything needed. The host even bought a child seat for us , so he gets our utter respect and appreciation. Also the stay was incredibly clean. You know the level of cleanness when your son walks in white socks and they never get dirty. Would recomand the stay. Close to metro and great value.

This is a great place to stay. Communication with the host was easy and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. The location is perfect and easy walking distance to multiple good locations. The rooftop was incredible. We would recommend this location to everyone.

Wonderful week in Barcelona, less than 10 minute from the metro, easily walkable to poblé-nou, Montjuïc and the national Catalan art museum. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very well equipped

What can we say. We have stayed at several AIRBNB flats and dealt with many hosts, but nothing like this one. Alba: The host. very friendly. responsive and We felt as if she opened her home for us to stay for several days. she is awesome and we highly recommend dealing with her. Caty: The house keeper, very nice lady and attended on time to help us to operate the washing machine. The flat: very clean, very tidy, everything is there including a welcoming bottle of Wine from Alba. She even offered us something that we can not take. surely will come back. Thank you Alba & Caty. Wally’s place was great. it was exactly as described. lots of natural light, nice little back patio area, laundry. I loved the neighborhood too. Only downside was, as others write, the paper thin walls, but it was never really an issue

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

I've stayed in several Airbnb's, but this one was by far the best. Fantastic location, right next to a Metro station. Lots of shopping nearby. The apartment is nice sized and equipped with all the modern appliances you could want. The bathroom is like a five star hotel's. No one lives there, so you don't have to worry about disturbing other people's things. Very clean. Extremely quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Susanna was very responsive to any inquiries. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

This by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in an amazing setting.

We had a great time here! Paco was so warm and welcoming, making our arrival a joy. The apartment is very spacious, clean and smart, with a lovely balcony perfect for an al fresco breakfast. The area is great as well - peaceful, well served by supermarkets and bakeries, 5 min walk from the beach and easy to get into the city proper via public transport or a 20-30 min stroll. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!
