Por su capacidad, pueden alojarse 6 personas, pero en el dificio contamos con otros tres apartamentos. Hay posibilidad de instalar una cuna para bebés y una trona. Está totalmente equipado para una mayor comodidad. Tiene vajilla, vasos, utensilios de cocina, (incluyendo una cafetera tipo 'Nespresso', tostador y hervidor de agua eléctrica). Los dos baños cuentan con toallas de baño, de manos, secador de pelo, jabón de manos y champú. También cuenta con plancha y mesa para planchar.
