Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sandpoint

Once again we had a wonderful time at Perry's Place. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The master bed is super comfortable. That's the only one I slept in. As we were enjoying morning coffee, we saw a cougar and her cub walk through the yard. She was pretty beautiful to watch from the INSIDE of the cabin. We had dinner at Milly's down the road and it was delicious with a fun atmosphere. Everything is close by that we needed. I would highly recommend this place every weekend except Vintage Snowmobile Racing weekends. (it will be full of my people, so don't bother asking) ;) Maybe one day we will try it in the summer time too. Happy Customer, Kimberly

Very beautiful home, great surroundings very peaceful, the host responded quick to any question we had. 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

Dave & Alirene (Al) were wonderful! They greeted us at the front door and welcomed us to their home. They gave great instructions and were happy to answer any questions. We really appreciated that they welcomed and loved dogs. Finding accommodations that accept pets is not easy. The kitchen was spacious, with a large island, to gather around. The home was grand, with a huge fireplace and comfortable furniture and a gigantic, beautiful fireplace in a large but cozy room. You must see it! The home is older but very spacious and charming. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers for all-two couples, one single, and 2 young children. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The only thing I would change is possibly add a couple newer sheet pans, for the oven and a box grater for cheese grating. We never did find one-we could have missed it.

The hot tub was delightful and perfectly situated to maximize the amazing views seen from all over the house. We even enjoyed the deck chairs on a sunny winter day. Inside, the separately controlled thermostats did not go unnoticed by me (hot mama.)😉. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, especially things like crockpot, oil, sugar, flour and ziplock bags. My daughter in law the awesome cook, especially loved the spices. A 2 cup liquid measuring cup and a water pitcher would make kitchen perfect in my opinion. The recent remodeling was lovely. The bedrooms are large enough to get around with suitcases, etc. The laundry room, hallway and pantry provided plenty of space to spread out and organize Christmas gifts, etc. Extra space is a rare commodity in most rentals. The beds were all very comfy. The remodeled bathrooms sparkled and we loved the higher vanities. An extra towel bar/ring by the sinks and a robe hook would be useful and I'm certain on the "to do " list since remodeling

This is our second time to visit Amellia's place. It is a wonderful location for Sandpoint and relaxing in Dover. Everything you need is close by and easy to find. Beautiful clean bungalow, we felt right at home. Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Highly recommend

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lake and views are breath taking. The home was well equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Kitchen products, board games, linens and more. The master bed was so soft, like a big hug. So cozy. The fresh air breeze from the lake at night that came through the windows, was so nice. We did not need to use the AC. The house was big enough for two families. We had a total of 8 people, lots of room. Just perfect. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighbours on both sides, were very nice. Everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Amazing is the best way to put it. The most comfortable, cozy, clean, well laid out, and decorated place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t feel like a visitor I felt like family. Each room was supplied with everything I could need. This might sound funny but finally I had enough blankets and pillows! The kitchen is roomy and perfect. The bathroom is excellent! The bedroom is cozy and comfortable and the hot tub! The best!!! I’ve never stayed in a BnB or Hotel that was this perfect in all aspects. My wife and I loved this perfect cabin so much we are now thinking of building our own in the paradise that is North Idaho. Thank you for letting us stay in our new most favorite spot.

Brandon has built a wonderful place here and it made for the perfect place for my group of 10+! Brandon couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, my best host experience by far. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay near the Schweitzer mountain and hope to be back myself!

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

Such a cool spot right in downtown. Literally could walk everywhere. It was very hip, comfortable, stylish, and well stocked.

Roberta is definitely the sweetest and most accommodating host I’ve ever had!!! She was a joy to communicate with and went the extra mile to help make our wedding weekend the best it could be❤️ Twin Lakes Village is a super cool place to explore and golf. We highly recommend booking a stay here.

Melissa went out of her with our super late booking by getting the home ready to go within a few hours. Super friendly and accommodating!!! The home is beautiful and spacious with a semi stocked pantry! I would recommend this place and Melissa to anyone thinking of visiting Sand Point and Schweitzer Ski Resort! Our stay was great! The condo is beautifully appointed and full of amenities, and the location is INCREDIBLE. The walk to downhill ski access looks longer than it is on Google - it's just a couple hundred steps, and shorter on the way back! And Shannon has left clear directions in the guidebook. Also ran into the very friendly and helpful building owner in the ski locker room (which is super convenient too). We didn't need to use the car at all during our stay, and it snowed the whole time, so who could ask for more - thank you!

Very nice place, great views of the water and mountains! Would stay here again! They mention this but I didn't notice it - this is not really a 5 bedroom place. One of the bedrooms is INSIDE another one, so you can't really use the bunkbed room as it's own space. Still has lots of beds though. The knives and pans should be replaced, like many rentals they are not in good shape.

We had such a blast!! The unit was so Much more than we expected. Our weather was very bipolar So it was such a treat To have an indoor an outdoor option to hang out. The cookware ....the furnishings and the bedding ....Down to the towels where all luxurious We enjoyed our daily interactions with the owners and can't wait to come back someday.

Beautiful Farm and scenery! Cassie was extremely flexible with our check in time. The house is very large and beautiful!
