A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

All five star reviews. Well over 100 and counting! Take the time to read them and then book your dream AIRBNB. So many of our guests tell us it’s a great value for such a high end space. A private location. The guesthouse is detached from our estate. You’ll never know we are in the far detached main home. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. Lots of wildlife. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!
