You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

Great shower, No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.
