Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

My family only stayed one night, we were there for less than 12 hours but it was great stay, a very friendly cat welcomed us, easy access to the house and everything looked clean. The only thing I wish is that lights were on outside when I arrived as I got there by myself, it was really dark that was not able to see the numbers to enter the door code. I also understand that is out of the host's control but the walls are really thin and I was able to hear everything from the space next to us (child crying and their really loud tv on).

I stayed here before 7 years ago so I knew what to expect but it's such a beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. Rick was a great host and suggested places to go in the area. As a guest you are really felt welcome and to make it your own while you're there. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
