Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
